This was my 3rd modem in 12 months and what a big difference in performance this thing makes. I do not use the wi-fi i just use it as a modem and it is very fast and reliable . Spend the extra money for this modem and you wont regret it.

My internet is faster than before. Our old modem/router was outdated. The only problem I had with the one I purchased is that the instructions on how to set it up wasn't clear so I had to call my internet company for assistance.

It seems to work really well. I stream to a smart TV and we watch YouTube. I have been using it for a month and I have only needed to cycle the power one time to do a reset.

Very simple install. I was able to set this up in 10 minutes. You will need to contact your tv provider service through the process of installation. I’ve installed this at my parents house and now my own home. Highly recommend to others

Works just as good as the modems from the cable companies. I have not had any problems and its rather easy to set up. It's worth buying your own modem to use for internet service over renting from the cable company monthly.

Works with Cox Communications, but you need to call them as the automated setup from their website lists it as an nonuseable modem. Speeds gave me the extra 50M down. Awesome modem all around.

Bought this to replace my old separate router/ modem set up that was outdated. I use it with xfinity internet service. Easy to set up with good connection. It is nice to have the router and modem all in one unit to take away of some of wire clutter.

I wanted to buy the same modem, so we could get rid of the 'rental fee' from our internet provider. It works great ever since I got it! Very happy with my purchase. It financed itself.

Finally got around to replacing Suddenlink rental modem. I don’t know what I was thinking. I wasted so much money renting theirs for years. I could have paid for a modem/router combo 3x now. Easily installed and has an app to control at a glance.

In order to save money from my cable bill, Best Buy personal helped me pick out this particular model. It works extremely well and was easy to hook up. Good value for the money.

I was very skeptical about this, after I bought it on sale, which a store associate said that it was the best one in the price range ($160-$200). After checking the reviews, I wanted to return it because of the negative reviews. However, since I had to check if I had internet at my apartment, I opened up this modem router and it worked better than I imagined. I had great connection from my bed, which was the modem router was in the living room (about 15-20 feet away). It's about 3 months since I had this modem router and I have had no problem with it. I've tried Linksys and Netgear in the past, which worked fine but they weren't as great as this Arris modem router (since you can connect and still have a great connection from far away). Well done Arris, well done.

Very easy set-up using the app. Signal is strong most of the time, however there are times where the signal drops out randomly. The great bonus is I own it and I am saving money on rental fees. Would recommend.

I previously had Netgear...it as disaster. Very POOR customer service. To the contrary, ARRIS - SURFboard Dual-Band AC2350 with 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - Black has been a great equipment. No problems of any kind...thus far. I'm happy with my purchase.

This was a great value for the money. Saves me on having to pay per month to the cable provider and it’s better then the one they give. Also we have a 3 floor condo and it works well on all three floors. Super easy to set up even if you are not that tech savvy.

Due to a recent house downsize, I wanted to eliminate items taking up space. So, purchased a the ARRIS combined a router and modem. It works great and I like having less items sitting out. Same great speed and quality of unit.

Easy to hook up. Works well with Comcast internet but not the one to buy if using for landline telephone too. Had to take back to get model with phone jacks. Comcast agent said this is one of the best.
