Works great. The tech clearly understood my need to update our router and somewhat limited tech skills to work with. He said the Arris wold solve both problems and it did. Also Arris tech support was extremely helpful.

Excellent setup and easy to activate! Had a Netgear unit that failed and performed poorly.

Easy to get started and install. Directions are easy to follow and product works. Of course it can only be as good as the internet coming into you house. If that sucks then it doesn't matter how good of a modem you have.

The product is definitely high-quality and I have noticed a quicker increase in speed in my home. It was fairly easy to get all set up but I did get stuck but luckily my nephew was able to finish it up for me.

We turned our Suddenlink modem in and bought our own. Theirs had to be reset no less than twice a day. Once theirs was returned, we now have a $10 less per month bill. Well worth the money not to have to fiddle with it everyday! Very happy.

The unit was recognized quickly by Comcast & once they got the Mac ID # the system was easily set up & a check was done quickly to complete the system set up! Jay at the Tacoma store was very helpful in helping me select & order the item!

Bought this to replace my comcast modem that I had to lease monthly. It was very easy to get setup and online. It was also very easy to get all my electronics connected to it with ease. Everything is working great and streaming movies is no problem

The SURFboard works very well with Cox Cable and is both our modem and router in one device. It was recommended by the Best Buy Internet “guru” and it works excellently and easily with our computers, iPads, and iPhones.

After trying so many modems, and returning them all, I finally found a modem that works perfectly. Easy set up. Regular ongoing connection without interruption in service. Easy set up and activation with Xfinity Wi-Fi.

It is a good router and cable modem. It works as it should and I have not had any problems with it. Just let the cable company know what you have so it can be activated and after that it is plug and play.

I just plugged it in, gave the ID and serial number to my cable company, and I was up and running. The WiFi range is good if not beyond two rooms away. Also, it doesn't freeze up so I don't have to keep restarting it.

Good works perfect with Xfinity connection and speed is also great

Bought on recommendation of salesman, performs as advertised great wifi coverage throughout the house, little tricky getting it to connect with xfinity but finally got it to work, highly satisfied

Cox refused to activate this box. Cox tells me we can’t have more than one internet box. So i can only use their stuff… Since when companies tell us how many purchased equipment we can have …

Easy setup works great at the house, would give it 5 stars if it had a second ethernet portal in the back to directly connect the play station (according to the boyfriend it makes a difference)

Arris SBG7600AC2 - bought this online on Tuesday 4/7/20, Best Buy description says that it is compatible with Spectrum cable internet. When I went to Spectrum's self activation web site they wouldn't let me set it up - gave me a message that said: "New modem is not on the approved list. The modem you are attempting to activate is not an approved modem." That was really annoying since Best Buy's item description said it was compatible with Spectrum. On the plus side, I was able to return to my local Best Buy store today ("curb side return" due to Wuhan Virus). After returning, I found Spectrum's approved listing of modems and this one is listed under the category of "Minimally Qualified" - guess it is no longer minimally qualified! This is in Charlotte, NC.
