I like this modern that it’s performance is very good

i love this modem/router. It works well easy interface and setup for less knowledgeable individuals. The downloadable app offers the perfect interface for someone who doesnt want to mess with advanced configuration.

The modem and router work great. I had problems with an old modem/router combo, such as constantly losing Wi-Fi signal, but the Arris Surfboard fixed these issues. The Wi-Fi constantly stays on and I can't recall ever having to reset the router for poor performance. Unfortunately, as well as the hardware works, the corresponding app--called the Arris Surfboard Manager--is a disaster. I was able to use it once before it failed to recognize my login credentials and there's no way to reset your username and password. Calling customer service provided no help for this issue. So if you don't mind never being able to use the app, you should have little problems with this equipment.

Updated my router from a Zoom that was just not able to handle the speed I was paying for, let alone cover the entire home. This does exactly that. Could not be happier. This was a great value and now we have no dead zones.

Works well with Spectrum as promised. I had the wrong MAC address when I set it up and called ARRIS support. They quickly and politely caught my error and got me connected to my ISP, Spectrum.

This modem was what I needed...I was leasing from the cable company I get my internet thru and it was constantly buffering...since upgrading to this modem my working on the computer is back to being something I enjoy.

This was a great buy. No more renting from Comcast after Less then one year it paid for itself. Easy to install.. gave 2 gaming computers and dozens of eye pads tv phone that uses the WiFi and never have any issues.

Purchased this to replace Comcast rental after paying it off at least 3 times.. needless to say that this works better then the rental, better range on everything. Be smart save your money buy this.

Great router modem, had problems with it disconnecting ( intermittently disconnecting) , but ended up being an cable problem with old cabling rotting out , everything connects at fast speeds now ! Expensive though!

This was an upgrade to the previous ARRIS model I had. I discovered my previous model was not compatible with the internet speed/capacity I had. This modem was Very easy to connect to my existing internet service. Very easy to establish and manage Parental Controls. Synced quickly to printer via WPS and manually to my other printer, along with all my other devices. Streamlines all my devices with little/no lag. Streaming movies while multiple devices are being used is Great! No more buffering! Above all, I Love ARRIS 2 year Mfg Warranty!!!! These devices are Great and Worth the extra for 4 yr GSP to cover it after the Mfg Warranty is over! I expect to have my device a long time!

I Pay for 60 mps, but when i do a speed test, I’m getting 200+ mps. I scratch my head, but I don’t complain. FYI: There’s no phone hookup available with this model. Comcast was on the phone with me 30 minutes getting it hooked up.

Our old one aged out so this was on sale and traded it in for an extra 15% off. Good deal

This was a great investment. It offers 2 fully customizable broad band. You can connect different devices to each to balance out signal strength of your service. Only works for Xfinity/Comcast services.

I was in need of a modem/router and this was recommended by my new service provider. Easy to connect and install it has been working without issue. Highly recommend

Did not get to use this because I had no knowledge about the security level of the product so I returned it but after checking reviews online, the price point was decent for the advertised features.

I wanted a combo modem /router and the Arris was my choice after much research . I could have spend a lot more money but I believe this is the bang for buck setup . Works good. Last a long time .

Converted from my old Motorola sb#### and and Asus router. Connection is solid with no drops. Wifi and lan both faster as it should be. Wifi app management of modem/security is handy. Would definitely be one I recommend.

Best one for the Comcast for speeds up to 700mbps. Ive been using this from pst 2 years with any issues. Its worth the money. But it doesn’t cover bigger houses and you need wifi extenders.

It was very difficult trying to get this setup. Comcast would not recognize this router and it took several hours to finally get it working. However, after it was working, perfromance is awesome!
