works like a charm! super easy to setup. The size is okay not too bulky

Awesome modem but for some reason it would not work with Suddenlink even though the technician from Suddenlink recommended it. So i ended up returning the product only to discover that it was actually good with Suddenlink and that the customer service people on the other end failed to activate the device! OMG! Why aren't there any other internet service providers out in my area?!? I'm sure the best buy customer service reps probably think I'm up to something from all the times they've seen me coming in and out with different modem returns, but hey, blame Suddenlink lol I'm just following their advice.

Needed an alternate modern to replace the cheap one that Xfinity provides. This has worked flawlessly in conjunction with my eero mesh

Bought this so I could stop paying rental fees to my cable/internet carrier. Works great, better than the stuff I rented. Even provider rep said it was a good choice when I had to call in to activate.

Works great! Haven't had any issue with it and Best buy even price matched with online price from Amazon (i think) so we got it cheaper then there instore and online price.

Worked with xfinity folks to turn unit up, gave them model number which they requested. they then took info did their magic and after 5 or 6 minutes I was up and running and saving $13.00 a month.

It has worked to perfection. Very easy installation and as soon as the service provider pared the streaming began and has not stopped

Bought for a family member that didn't want to rent the equipment from their ISP. Works great and broader WI-FI range than the ISP's equipment.

Really improved the speed of my internet, and quality of online meetings/appointments.

This is a great modern router combo . Speed is very good at 400 mbs. Only problem is that the range is not great. May need a range booster or extender if you purchase.

My son purchased this so that I didn't have to pay comcast every Momonth for their box and it was worth it. It saves money and works better than their product.

Compatible with our Wow! internet service. Running several devices, both wired and wireless, and we’ve seen no issues. We’ve had the unit for almost a month and couldn’t be happier. So glad we aren’t paying $10/month for a cheap rental unit anymore. Also, our whole house has had excellent wireless coverage with no extender needed, unlike our previous Spectrum unit.

Traded in an old Arris for this one and this is working good.
