Easy to install and works as advertised, was even much easier having the Xfinity folks show the speed and reliability of the modem. Recommend this for apartments and small homes

This modem was very easy to set up. It works very well and gives much better WIFI signals throughout the house than my previous modem. The dual band feature I have found to be useful.

Works great. Better than Comcasts box aand monthly rental charges over the last ten years. Should have done the new router a long time ago.

I bought this to replace my xfinity gateway. Got tired of the rental fee. All the specs i saw suggested this would match the speeds i was already used to from my current modem/router combo. It is in the basement next to the tv. Works well there. Sometimes its slow for devices that are used upstairs and the ring doorbell. I've had to reset it twice in 2 months. But all things considered. It does what i expected.

I made this purchase after researching modem/routers to replace my Xfinity-issued setup. It works like a charm, supporting my 4K TV, console gaming, you name it. Easy to setup too.

Excellent modem router combination. No problem setting up. Once my internet service provider was notified to register the modem. The setup was easy.

I have always used a different brand but so far I like this Arris better. It’s super fast and connection has been very reliable so far. I would recommend it.

The setup was not too difficult, and once everything was up and running my download speeds were so much faster. I haven't had any issues so far.

It’s not the best or worst. If you have multiple devices it worth it to get a separate router and modem. It’s a lot faster when they’re separate

Great product for an all in one modem and wireless router. The speed is good with multiple devices working at the same time. No lag time or break in wireless service.

Just what we needed to bring down our Xfinity bill. Took a little effort to get set up through Xfinity but we got it done in the end. Not sure if me trying to set it up on my account by myself I messed something up or if when I called they did something on their end that messed us up.. but either way after a few kind reps over the phone we got it done and running great! Only bad thing is using your own modem you can't use Xfinity xFi app which I got used to with the rental... If Arris makes an App that would be similar it would be perfect but it pays for itself once you stop paying rental fees so I can't complain.

I found this to be a plug and play as they say. Replaced a dead monitor with this larger one with all the new features. I found it to be every thing I expected Wally

My internet is so much faster now than it was with the modem my internet company supplied. Wish I would have bought one sooner!

I have prepared to buy another Motorola wifi cable modem because my 7 year old Motorola SBG 6580 had a weak wifi, when it suddenly died , I went to Bestbuy looking to buy another one but I did not see the Motorola which I want, I have picked this one, It came out very good, It has very good Wifi which I can use Facetime and Viber without any interruption, and it was easy to setup because my son could connect it without calling Comcast technical Support.

So far this is working great for us! Easy to set up and worked right away! Just called cable company to get it finished setting up.

Great router and easily setup. Nice to be saving money from ISP provider and not renting anymore. Money in the back after few months of paying for itself.

Very easy to setup. Drastic speed increase immediately even though our old modem had the same specs. WiFi is stable and works in the whole home.
