Good modem/router choice for Suddenlink

Wireless speeds are clocking in at the upper limit of what our devices are capable of, haven't checked the internet speed over ethernet yet. It is working great with 1 Gbps service from Suddenlink. Wifi signal reaches throughout our house on the 2.4 GHz band and the 5 GHz band reaches about 2/3 of the house. We have a long 2300 sqft house and the router is set up at the far end of the house, I expect the wifi will work even better once the unit is relocated to a more central location.
