Good speed less interuption. Does not freeze like others do. Covers a wider range. Excellent for streaming.

Setup was a breeze. I called Comcast and they set up my service quick. WiFi is best that I’ve ever used. Reaches further then tons of other routers.

Modem has increased my overall speed when gaming online. As well as the download speed of game content to my xbox which maxes out at 350mbs, it's the max allowed by my xbox I believe. But the modem is capable of pushing 686mbs. So if u have gig speed don't go with this modem. Over it's mildly bulky, the color wave is nice tho. Does it's job at a decent price should be great for while until 10gig speed.

My old router/modem was 6 years old and didn't have enough speed to keep up with my 200 Mbps. I chose this brand because I have used them in the past without issue and it was on sale for a great price. It was easy to install I just followed the quick setup instructions, called my cable provider to confirm and I was all set in under an hour. Would have been shorter if my cable provider didn't put me on hold! It's taller than my old modem/router but more lightweight. I would recommend this one.

From an older ARRIS noticed much improved speed and reception. It was very easy to setup. The combined modem/router is a good price.

I have to say thank you to Best Buy ! Comcast tried to give me a hard time with the first one I purchased saying it was used . The real reason was after 17 years of rental they didn’t want to lose me. I took the first one back and the store manager was amazing . Swapped me out and told me what to tell Comcast. Once I threatened Comcast it was funny how easy this one was to set up in less than 3 minutes and the first one taking 3 days . It’s just as fast and my bill went down. Thank you Best Buy

Bought this because the router and modem that my cable provider gave me to use was horrible. This was easy to set up and hasn't given me any issues since it was purchased which was over a month ago. Great download/upload speeds and there are 3 adults and 3 kids on daily zoom calls for work/school not to mention all of our other devices that are also connected (ring/tv/alexa/ipads/phones). Highly recommend!

We purchased this modem almost 6 months ago, even though our previous one was less than 2 years old, so that we could upgrade to the 600 mbps Comcast service. This modem has been extremely reliable, even more so than its predecessor, which was also an Arris cable modem from Best Buy. We recommend this unit without reservation, and believe that it is well worth the price we paid.

This is my second modem/router from this vendor. The first one was fried in a strong electrical storm. This modem/router handles downloads quickly. It can handle multiple electronic equipment effortlessly.

works excellent as a modem and router for basic needs my sister needed a basic modem and router for cox and it works just fine. would recommend easy to install and directs very easy to follow it pays off in time since the cable company wants to charge nowadays for a box this is your beat route so you don’t pay extra fees.

I needed this work work and it worked flawlessly. The number of available ports to use, the speed of the connection, local GUI for management and all features made it so that the job could be done expeditiously. I highly recommend.

I'm on my second one of these. Speed wise it significantly improved the latency and responsiveness of my spectrum cable service. I've tested this on multiple devices and noticed even on the tv with video streaming that there is less (virtually no) buffer time. Videos start playing instantly every time! Must have for gamers as well, eliminated some packet loss issues I was occasionally having. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because the first one I bought worked great for about 2 weeks then just died suddenly. Completely shut off and stopped working, no lights nothing coming on. I was still within my return windows and Best Buy was great about exchanging it for another one. I was tempted to try another brand or model but there aren't many options for my spectrum service that are approved and compatible. I've been using this second one for a few months now without issue so I think I just got a bad unit on the first time around (although after some research online I found that I'm not the only one that has had this issue so it is somewhat common). Overall I would recommend it to spectrum customers!

The ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem & AC2350 Wi-Fi Router Combo - Black. It's easy to used and fats installation for the price I got it on the second floor of my house and I. Able to use wifi everywhere inside(basement )and outside my home ( patio and garage ) to make it more secure make sure you change the default username and password other than that it should be good to go

I've used this for just over a year now. It is great! I do not have any complaints about it. It is an upgraded model for me actually. The speed on my internet package exceeded my old modem/router's capability so I purchased this model which handle it with no problem and exceeded my expectations.

So I need to write something...ok, you asked ;) Yes I like this, very much. Nice design and easy to set up. I'm topped out on my download and upload speed now and couldn't be happier. Well I could, but I don't think you all stock what I'd need for that. But you do have what I need when I'm looking electronic, so there is that :)
