She answered that question and then went above and beyond to give me additional information about the Arris dashboard.

Connecting 20 WiFi and 3 Ethernet connected devices and it works great. My only complaint: the Web-based administrative portal is difficult to navigate. You need 2 passwords for the 2 different sections, and it is not clear which password goes where.
