Had this modem since January of 2022, is still under warranty but thinking I need to speak to arris about it because I am having to restart it every day

Just does not work with Comcast Business. Other then that it seems like a find product

Very happy with this purchase. The Best Buy employee answered my questions and explained that this model is what will fit my needs. Noticed the change from the local internet provider Modem/Router that we used prior to this one. Love the 4 Ethernet ports.

Local internet company stated they required DOCSIS 3.1 for their 600 Mbps Internet service. However, their fine print stated 32 x 8 was adequate. To save $100, purchased this 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem as my gateway. Works great. Also note this particular model comes with a 2 year warranty.

I had a modem from Xfinity before a storm destroyed it by lightning. I went to the Xfinity store to get a replacement and was told they were out nationwide. So, I ordered it online and I am glad I did, Great modem and I don't rent a modem from Xfinity anymore. A win-win situation,

Well I started with buying other routers for my Xfinity internet. Ended up with this one; it's fast and get me fast on the network fast. Setup was easy for a newbie like me to install; so you could do it to. It has the wifi setup into 4 parts. Great feature; family can be on guest.

This is the first ARRIS product I've ever bought and so far I've been pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't recommend this for someone who isn't fairly knowledgeable about home networks. This product allows you to tweak settings that most other modems/router combo's don't offer.

I have no regrets with this purchase. Easy to install to with my broadband provider (Xfinity). Arris filled a niche when I was having network issues. To date I have had no issues out of this cable modem and recommend this device to the masses. I would try to catch it on SALE.

I finally bought this modem and quit paying the $14 a month to Comcast which is ridiculous and keeps going up. Speed is about the same as the Comcast modem but the range is slightly less and I positioned it in the same place. Still a good purchase for the price.

I am not a techie so all I can say is that although I had some concern based on a couple of low ratings on the modem, it is working fine so far and I was able to program the same modem name and password as my previous modem that this replaced which really minimized having to log everything back on again.

Great customer engagement. Stated what I had and what my expectations were. Asked me a few questions, and recommended a product that he thought would meet my needs. Fast forward a month. Product has exceeded my expectations, awesome experience. Thank You !!

I was told by an employee that Arris gets better results than the nighthawk series. Went home and actually was much worse. I ended up upgrading to a better nighthawk than what I had and solved all my connectivity issues.

It's a modem. They work. The vast majority of customers don't need anything special

Bought this to replace my cable provider modem the instructions were confusing at first but i figure it out

So far, so good! Getting good reception and no interruptions. All is well! My house is 1650 ft.² and the kind clerk at Best Buy said that this should cover it. Plus, I will now be working from home and was told that this will do just fine.

I brought the ARRIS- SURFboard because I learned that if I supplied my own equipment my internet bill would be lowered by $15.00. I love that it works better than the one from the internet company. Highly recommend this product.

Great Device!!!! A great option if you don't want to pay the rental fee for the Modem-Router of your ISP. A plus you don't have to send it back Because it is yours and they will not charge you for a late delivery even if you sent it back once the contract is up ;p.
