Not sure what was going on with my netgear nighthawk but I couldn’t take it anymore. Jumped in the truck and drove around the corner to get this baby and I’m beyond pleased. And my wife that forever stays on WiFi now gives me praise lol love it

Bought this after going in to best buy and telling the sales rep I needed a modem/router, he handed this to me. It's a great modem fast connection, but with no built in wifi router which is what I asked.

I wish I had bought a different modem/router. The Arris settings website lags every time I switch settings tabs which makes setup and monitoring a pain. It randomly resets in the mornings so I don't have any internet for 10 minutes (sucks when getting ready for work and I need internet ASAP) and I can't change the reset/update schedule anywhere. When it works, it is absolutely fine and can handle video streaming on Zoom or Netflix, so I give it 3 stars, but it's just meh for the price. I didn't have these problems with my old Netgear modem/router combo.

In an attempt to keep the cable company out of my pocket, I decided not to rent a modem that I will never own but rather buy my own. Works great!No complaints. I can't tell the difference in quality between internet provider modem and this one. VERY satisfied

Haven't had any problems so far. Me and technology don't generally get along so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Got this when I switched Internet service providers and didn't want to pay the outrageous rental fee they charge. This device was recommended by one of the BestBuy staff and I don't regret going with this option. I highly recommend it

I bought this new modem in order get more of the WiFi I’m paying for monthly and I am very pleased. The only problems I’ve run into were getting my ADT and other smart home devices back in sync on my apps.

Works well, but not just your run of the mill installation. On phone for upwards of half an hour and of course it was not with a person who spoke English as a first language. Nevertheless, the person was knowledgeable and patient and all works well in the end.

very happy with the price and dimensions of this modem. wireless signal is great in my 2 story house. only problem is that the connection drops several times during the day. not sure if it is Charter Spectrum issue or the modem.

This unit was certified to work with Comcast. It was super easy to set up, however, getting it to be set up with Comcast took over one hour. Comcast was wonderful and patient, helping me as they did. I found a definite improvement in my WiFi experience.

Adequate. Poor WiFi reception in a 2 bedroom apartment; decent cable speeds with Comcast, but the Comcast supplied router actually had much better WiFi.

This Wi-Fi Router is working perfectly. No more interruptions watching Shows on TV, It was easy to install with a little phone help.

i purchased the product to replace the unit that was provided by the cable provider since i was having trouble receiving signal at different locations of the house. As soon as replaced i was able to connect my smart tv in the other rooms.

Great product , it serves its purpose but the set up was not easy explained for newbies. I called the helpline and was directed to Another country which was questionable. After persistence I figured it all out and the product is great.

I read the reviews and most of them were good but decided to go another route. Didn’t care much for the router/modem combo, went with an ASUS router

The nice 7 foot tall young man that helped me was very knowledgable. I had a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. When I got the product home, I was able to set it up without any problems- thanks to him.

This was the best I could do. I wanted to get away from Xfinity because it was costing me too much a month in cable services. So I ditched the rental and purchased this one. It is so much better.

Works great - easy set up and speed is amazing. Definitely good product.

Worked like a charm with xfinity. I'm able to receive full bandwidth through cable. Does what it's supposed to. Surfboard app makes it even easier to manage network instead of the good old browser-based web app.

This really took our ability to have internet all throughout the house to a new level. Paired with the Orbis, I feel confident that no one in my home will lose a signal, buffer or be in jeopardy of a hack. Would buy again.
