The App for this modem doesn’t make set up easy. Had to call Arris tech to help took her about hour or so to figure it out

I bought this for my daughters college apartment. It works so well others in her building use it and help pay for the internet bill. Strong signal

No failures after a month. It's my first purchased modem/router , so I had a learning curve setting it up, I think the directions could have been a little more clear on set up name, and passwords.

Excellent cable modem (Docsis 3.0) that works very well with my Spectrum service and offers great connectivity to my device and mesh network. No issues whatsoever in the past 6 months of use.

Purchase made, set up and connections made the same day. Was nice the salesman said this is what you need, and if not , you have time to return. Hss as be not lost internet connections since installed.

Best decision I've ever made. No more issues with dropping signal and no monthly fees for renting xfinity hardware. Great connections and speed. No issues as of yet. I will update if that changes.

This is definitely an improvement over there last product , light years of advancement faster dual-band quality. No issues with connectivity or connection whatsoever. Streaming is perfect no lag times.

A good router modem, great for my transition away from Xfinity devices. The manufacturer’s app is utter garbage. Couldn’t even log on it.

We love this modem because it is saving us hundreds of dollars yearly to not rent the one from Comcast. It works the exact same as Comcast’s. I recommend purchasing this and seeing your monthly bill go down

I am using this since 1.5 months now and have not had any issue...it also solved some dead zone problem in my house. I recommend this product if you are looking for modem router combo

This product is pretty good. It should have better instructions to let you know that you have to log into Arris site to change the WiFi name and password. The signal is pretty consistent and it was easy to setup.

This was not easy to set up. With the help from the internet provider, I was able to get this up and working. The unit has been working well. I have had no problems with this since I got it working.

It was easy to set up after installing the app on my phone. I wish the wifi range was longer. I had to by an eero to get a strong signal. The cable modem has worked well.

Purchased at the recommendation of a friend. If you don’t want to rent a modem/router from your ISP, this is a great solution. Easy installation and have had no service issues this past month.

Fantastic modem/router combo. I always stick with BestBuy over Amazon and ended up with a better buy ($159.99 at time of purchase) with better specs than the popular Netgear model!

My Motorola modem/router quit working. I needed a replacement quickly and wasn’t about to buy the same thing. The Motorola lasted just over a year and then quit working. So far so good with Arris.

I bought this device because of its 32x8 capability. I wanted a unit with a built-in router without having to pay $400 for a DOCSIS 3.1 modem/router combo. Only gripe is that this does NOT support MoCA.

Expensive but does as listed. Directions are ok wish the range was farther, old apple tower reached the end of 50’ driveway, this doesn’t even cover front porch
