Great router/modem combo. Have great reception. Highly recommend.

I was told it would be a lot faster and better than my old system. That is why the price was higher! I didn’t notice any difference between the two

Was working fine from 11/26/2023 until February 2024 now it goes out intermittently daily. Ironically this had not been an issue until Spectrum said they were doing upgrades in the area. So really no idea why all of a sudden the issues.

I bought my 1st Arris modem for Xfinity back in 2016. Now bought a 2nd one for spectrum. So far it has been good. Lets see how long can it be in service

This works well, if I had known better I would’ve gotten a Docsis 3.1 which would allow me 1000 MBPS download speed from my service provider,, I’m happy with the purchase it works well

I was never able to connect all my devices at home with this router. I had to return it. I tried changing setting and researched online. It just wasn’t worth all that effort.

We’ve had this for over 2 years and we love it! Great product!

I noticed on my cable bill I was paying $10.00 a month for the modem so I went to Best Buy to see what they had available. I got the same box I was renting so it will pay for itself in a few months!

I used Netgear Nighthawk for last 3 years and it’s not functional well lately.So the salesman suggested me to try Arris.So far so good and do not have connection problems.

Stable and great for apartment living. Downgraded from 250Mbps to 100Mbps when I upgraded to this modem/router combo and have not noticed a tangible reduction in speed.

Arris makes some really good product that seem to work with most cable network providers. I tried purchasing a Motorola with wireless and it wasn't able to connect to my ISP.

Excellent product. worked as soon as it was installed. This is my second one.

Had to call the cable company to complete the installation. Otherwise installation was simple. Found the 2.4ghtz is faster than the 5ghtz.

Customer service rep explained all the disadvantages and advantages of a stand alone modem or a modem and router together so I could make a sound decision.

It works good the WiFi signal doesn't go as far as expected. I haven't had any issues with it yet. I do however like that there is a two year warranty on it. Netgear only give 2 months.

Item itself worked well for internet, wouldn’t allow air printer to work from any device unless reset everytime. Spent many, many hours trouble shooting. Returned to store and was told several returned for similar reasons. Went with a different brand and worked perfectly right away.

Nice xfinity modem, small and compact. The lights on it are blue and they are very bright. Easy to hook up and so far it is doing well., no problems.

I purchased this router combo when I switched internet companies. It works well for the service I have. It was worth the cost and saving me money in the long run.
