    Not sure whose end is responsible for this but, Cox Cable doesn't seem to familiar with this item which made the activation very difficult. Had to call Arris and then relay info to Cox. Apparently it's a little more than plug and play.

    I purchased this modem to avoid the $15 xfinity's monthly rental fee. I am saving money,but it seem it is not as good as the one provided by Xfinity. But it stills gets me online.

    So at so good. But it is rebooting itself occasionally. I may have to monitor and see if it needs to be replaced. But with multi devices connected it seems to handle all load
