I am sorry to say this. I brought this product on 27th May 2023 and up to Mid of sept this year it work well. Not sure reason, all of sudden it is dropping the internet and restarting the router. I connected ISP they provide me the router for testing and it working well without any issue. I called Arris vendor support issue and they replaced the router but still the same issue persists. All other routers are working fine except this Arris. Arris support is asking me to contact ISP to evaluate the signals and i approached ISP to change the signals and they are keep on suggesting me use their Router. Bottom of the story , i wouldn't recommend to purchase this product and feel like me to chase them.

I only gave this 3 stars because I never really used it. Bought this to replace my FIOS router but it did not have an ethernet input.

This modem began dropping the internet connection and rebooting within two weeks. Contacted Comcast since the modem was new for them to correct issue with the internet. After several attempts on Comcast's part they finally narrowed the issue down to the modem. When I attempted to return the defective modem to BestBuy I was informed I was 10 days over the return period and nothing could be done. The employee then suggested I could sell the modem to recoup some money. Really, sell a defective modem to someone else is your policy.

It works the app doesn’t I’m not sure if it’s a Comcast thing. But my internet drops every day.

Frequent reboots required. Not good for households with multiple devices connected. Returned within 2 weeks.

I had this Modem/Router for about 20 days, and then it started to boot me off the internet. Did a factory reset, it continued to boot me off. The app Ui on the app is great, however, if you change your user name and password, you won’t be able to log in and change your wifi password without doing a factory reset. I never had a good experience with Arris, but I gave them a shot, based on the specs and price. Why not? I was fortunate to get an exchange for a NetGear C7000, which was going to be my initial purchase, but a Zoomer know it all talked me into buying this, so therefore I’m not mad, but Arris should be with their quality control and app. Be sure to get Geek Squad protection on here if you decide to ignore my review, you’ll thank me later.

Works ok but having issues getting a good connection at home some times it connects really goo then sometimes it doesn't connect good

When it worked it was ok. However, all devices were reported under 2.4 GHZ so often connected devices wouldn't be recognized or work. The signal was spotty and trying to use it in conjunction with a repeater was absolutely futile. I can't even sell it to someone else for $50 and feel good about doing it unless I'm completely honest with them.

Had to return the product. Couldn’t get it to work with our internet provider.

This product was a little in the beginning to install the software. Had to call my internet provider to get it going.

Just bought so hasn't come any problem yet however, the router is built in within this modem is weak but it's work fine

Install was not so easy. The only reason I got this one was cuz optimum wouldn’t install any other one.

This thing is nothing but problems. Works fine for a day then nothing can pick up the WiFi signal. The only thing that can is my phone. My nest, ring door bell, Amazon dot, Amazon echo, and ps4 all show no internet. I’ve reset thing thing like 50x. I’m so tired of it I want to smash it on the floor. Biggest piece of junk I’ve ever purchased.
