After online chatting for 10 minutes with a Bestbuy tech, I thought I had what I needed. Once I took it home and used it (xbox, cell phones, and Arlo) it did not perform well. I returned the product.

Disregard what the box says: check cox web site This modem will not let the bandwidth go beyond 300mpbs Associate did not have the correct information Ended up purchasing the correct one ( Cox has on there web site )

Substandard functioning all around=range, speed, dropping the signal ... All of the important features of a modem. I'm ready to resurrect my old modem. Don't waste your money even if you're desperate.

refrigerator has not been delievered ,have 4 had different dates, as of now it will be march 22. i am not a happy camper. oh well, life in america now a days.

It would constantly disconnect all my devices, and then tell me the password was incorrect, and the only way to solve that was to use the reset button on the device. That happened at least once a day

I thought I would have a faster connection with this modem/router. It is no different versus the $90 options. I live in a two bedroom condo which is not huge. I would not buy this again.

This worked well at first, but now it reboots all by itself multiple times a day, sometimes several times in a row.

item is terrible , my internet connection speed came down %75 I want to return and they say its not possible past 15 days, I am so sad..... I will go to store drop it to garbage

This is a combo router/modem, for use with compatible cable providers. In my case, this was for a Spectrum household. Setup was a breeze, after contacting my ISP (Spectrum), I found that this was compatible with their near gigabit speeds. So, like any techie, I upgraded to Spectrums 940Mbps service. Once it was provisioned for use on Spectrum, it immediately ran a quick update (downloading from the ISP), and was up and running in just a few minutes. Wireless speeds vary, but I was able to get approx 500 to 800 Mbps speeds while connected on 5Ghz, and being near the router. In network speeds are just as fast, with compatible wireless devices. Watching a movie on Apple TV took only a couple of seconds to start, compared to the 5 or 10 seconds on my previous speed tier (300Mbps [Grandfathered TWC speeds]). Coverage was as expected for an all in one wireless router. It reached about 80% of my home, with the furthest point downloading at 50 Mbps speed tests. This was still pretty fast, considering the distance upstairs (the furthest point) in a 2100 Sq ft home. Your results may vary, but my neighborhood has a ton of wireless networks running on similar channels over 2.4 Ghz bands. However, given the performance without an extender, this easily bested a technicolor modem/router combo I was using previously. Once I finished the network test, I added my eero mesh network, bridged the modem, disabled WiFi on the modem/router combo, and allowed my eero network to handle the WiFi. This took minimal effort, just logged in to the Admin settings panel, and made the changes effortlessly. Once I had my eero network handle the WiFi, I had whole home coverage, and 600 to 700 Mbps speeds at the furthest point. Given my setup, this was extremely impressive. So far, I've had the modem hooked up for several days, with no outages, lag is virtually gone in gaming, and streaming has been a real dream. So much so, I cancelled the TV provided by Spectrum, and just use streaming services on my Apple TV. I'm really impressed with the Modem/Router combo, especially for the speeds it allows on Spectrum's network.

Returnerd broken item to Best Buy already and have to been given a refund yet

Had issues after a couple months, wifi has trouble connecting. Needs to be rebooted a lot! Customer support is not up to standard. Return window from Best Buy was too short as well.

Don’t buy it!!!! Doesn’t have a strong WiFi can’t get 5G unless you are within five feet of it just trash it’s just trash I’m so mad I spent all the money on it

After buying and taking it to set up to my brother printer I was told that there is something that is not compatible to wireless so I have to have a cord in order to print !

Would not recommend WiFi would not stay connected and in the rare occurrence it did it had terrible range. Returned and replaced.

Connection kept getting dropped and router needed to be reset several times a day. I had to replace this in less than a year with a different brand.

Poor rating, because I could not get my wireless HP printer to work with this router. Returned it and exchanged it for a Netgear router
