Much faster than my old modem. And the price was right! Never drops or has to be reset. Love it!

I upgraded my internet speeds from 200 mbps to 400. My old modem didn't support the new speeds. The first modem I purchased, I returned it because it was a returned modem that was sold to me new. I did a curbside pickup for the first order. A few weeks later, the modem went on sale again, so I went into the store this time to make sure that I purchased a sealed modem. The modem seamlessly connected to my ISP. This modem works great and I haven't had any issues.

I don't know a lot about this type of equipment, but I needed something when I moved and needed new internet service. It was relatively straightforward to get set up, and I like that I can change the network name and password with the app and it was also easy to set up a guest network. I'm not sure how it compares to competitors, but it met my needs and I am happy with it.

Had to get a new router cause my old netgear one finally bit the dust after 5 years. This Arris one has been the best! No dropping or losing internet, i have about 6-8 devices using the wifi at once some days and no one has had any issues. It's been great!

Very reliable. It provides stable Wi-fi netwotk. I would recommend this for any person looking for reliable home network.

I bought this as an upgrade to my old Surfboard modem which had served me well but was simply not designed for what I needed. I bought this because it was an All In One it has the Modem and Router built into a single unit. This model offers Simultaneous dual band which enables me to run both a 2.4Ghz network for my smart lights and appliances as well as a 5Ghz For my smart devices, sauchas phones and tablets.

It is easy to install and works grest. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone.it arrived on time and eady to install.

I went into the store looking for a replacement for an older model Arris surfboard. I wasn't sure what to get and Dominic was able to help me choose the right modem/router for our home needs. He was a great help, very professional and made great suggestions. This modem/router works exceptionally well and I get great wifi coverage across the house. I had to use a wifi extender in the back of the house with my previous router but this one does the job without the need for an extender. Great wifi coverage in a 2400 sq ft single story home.

This unit was perfect as a replacement upgrade to my previous gateway. It setup and connected easily following the quick start instructions. It connected with cable provider and activated smoothly. The Surfboard app. for phone was easy to load and use for changing names and password without worrying about changing a wrong setting. The ability to monitor who is using the wifi and name them was easy. The strength and signal tests are informative. It was a good decision.

This replaced my old, slow modem/router and the difference in speed is vast. Setting it up was also a breeze.

One of the fastest affordable modem router gateway at a reasonable price. I didn’t want to spend $400-$500 for the fastest as cable is shared network with fluctuating speeds. I wanted something I could plug in and go. And this one worked instantly out of the box.

We replaced our Arris cable router combo that we had for several years with a new upgraded Arris combo. It works great as we expected having had good service with the previous model. It was easy to install and doesn’t require any maintenance beyond resetting the router occasionally.

So glad I bought this. Fast speeds and very easy to setup. I live in an apartment complex and this does the job every time.

Bought this to save $15/month on comcast bill. Used up almost all of my data while figuring out how to get all wi-fi enabled things in my house hooked up on new modem/router. Salesman said all I have to do is swap out 2 cables. HaHaHa. He shoulda known old lady like me needs to know more. Other than that, all is now working great and comcast gets less money from me.

Speed is fast enough for 800 mps with xfinity, but activation process was not straightforward and had to go through a maze of automated options in order to get on the phone with an Xfinity/Comcast technical support agent, which then required 25-30 minutes of my time on the phone reading numbers and letters off to the agent who I could barely understand due to her accent (she also could barely understand me, hooray for outsourcing call centers to countries halfway across the world). Eventually got it activated and running. But the app that is used to configure the router is incredibly clunky and difficult to use/constantly freezes when you try to make any changes and the setup instructions overall are not user friendly or logical at all. If you do buy this you should try doing the steps in reverse as I’m pretty sure if I had done that I wouldn’t have needed to cal xfinity tech support in the first place! I’d keep shopping, Netgear or Motorola are better products for sure. But you have to pay more for those, of course. Trust me though it’s worth it in the end.

It was pretty much plug and play. It works great and gives me better speed than the modem I was renting from Comcast.
