Unplugged old modem, plugged in new, called Comcast to swap out the MAC address and was getting the full 600mbs of my plan‘s speed.

No issues since I purchased and easy setup. Store sales people were very helpful.

This modem works for me with Spectrum. Previously they were charging me $5 a month for their modem. With this purchase I was able to save the $5 a month.

Very easy install but not for beginners! You will need a little help or tech support if new to this stuff! It’s not plug and play!

This modem was used to replace the standard cable co. Modem and will pay for itself in about a year, very easy to setup and very fast internet. Does not have voip tele. jack.

Why rent when you can own. This little jewel will pay for itself in less than a year. Set up was like falling off a log get started and everything else falls into place.

Modem is good for faat downloading fast and uplading. Family of 4 good for streaming movies or gaming.

I got the notice from Xfinity about upgrading my modem and decided to do it since I have been using the SB6121 for a few years. Sales person at Best Buy recommended the SB6190, so I check out the reviews and bought it. Before disconnecting the SB6121, I ran the Xfinity speed test. My download speed was 93.88 Mbps and upload speed was 12.09Mbps. With the SB6190, my download speed came in at 93.35 Mbps and upload speed was 12.02 Mbps. Basically, no significant differences. For me, this was not a great upgrade as I probably could have used the SB6121 for at least another year.

Getting easy 250+ MBPS now.. use it on Comcast. Upgraded router as well for this speed plan btw. Highly recommended as long as you don't need it for TELEPHONE service.

I just upgraded from the SB6121 as I was having stability issues with my connectiom. The SB6190 not only improved my speeds a bit, but it maintains the speed consistently.

This modem is so simple that anyone can install it. You just plug it in to the the wall and into either your router or computer. There is nothing else to do.

Very easy to set up. Connect your cat5e cable to router, rg6 coax, then plug in power. Simple. Never had problems. But make sure it's compatible with your cable provider.

Great cable modem if you stay under 1Gbps and want your own wifi router.

It has been 4 months now, and no problem at all. If you want your high-end router work at the fastest speed, upgrade your modem.

This modem, was recommended by my cable company after the first one I bought was not fast enough. It works great and I consistently get over 400 Mbps down.

I have Cox for my wifi and this device has worked flawlessly since purchase. I had to call Cox to complete installation, but that is to be expected. Works great.

got this modem and a router so I don't have to pay the cable company. I just connected it, called the cable company and gave them the mac id and that was it. easy install.

It's worth every penny. 100 times better than the Xfinity modem I returned to them. I added Google routers to to it and it super strong in every room

Easy set up. I've had the ARRIS for 5 weeks now and I've never had to reset it. It has not disconnected once, great service.

If you want to save money and have a more reliable piece of equipment than what the cable company gives, then this is the modem for you.
