Was happy to see it was a lot faster than the modem provided to me by time warner. It also allowed me to lower my payments for internet by owning, not renting. In a few months it will pay for itself. Works very well for my needs.

I got this modem six weeks ago to replace a much slower Surfboard model. I use it with Time Warner Cable and it was easy to set up. I never had any problems during the three years I used my previous Surfboard model, so I'm assuming that this one will be just as reliable. So far there have been no issues. The lights on the front are easy to live with.

Very good Router . Fast Speed Highly Recommend. This product was super easy to install, since all I had to do was plug my internet cable into the back of it, call my internet company, read them a code on the back of the product, and then they activated it via the internet cable. All of this took place within 5 minutes.

This is my first Cable Modem. It works great for what I expected it to. I get better than 50 Mb through it which is what my provider advertises my rate should be. I have no experience with any better or worse products to think there is anything wrong with it.

I needed to upgrade my modem to DOCSIS 3.0 and this modem worked great with Comcast. It was one of the recommended modems by Comcast and worked with no issues. I just had to call Comcast and give them the modem details and they were able to register the info and get it connected. I had tried a combination wireless router and modem, so I could go from 2 devices down to 1, but had issues with it working with Comcast and spent hours on the phone with Comcast and the modem/router vendor, so I took it back and got this modem. I still have 2 devices with this modem and my old wireless router, but it works great. If you have Comcast and just want a good basic modem that will work with no issues, try this modem.

I needed a new modem , as I was finally switching from DSL service to faster cable service. This modem was on the list of those compatible with Time Warner Cable. It was easy to install, and has worked flawlessly for the week that I have used it so far. My download speeds have gone from about 3 Mbps to about 50 Mbps with the new cable service and this modem. No complaints!

Was paying the cable company 8 bucks a month to lease a modem. Found this and this will save me the fee. Speeds are good with the DOCSIS 3.0. Easy install.

This works wonderfully! No issues at all! Easy to install. Be aware that you will have to most likely contact your ISP to get them to set it or be able to see it. Once I figured that out, it was golden. So, don't rush to bring back, it's almost like a driver needing to be installed, just call the your ISP so they can ping it. All good. Really good modem.

Great cable modem for the price - it had the speed and the features that I needed for my cable internet connection. I recently got Comcast cable internet and bought this modem to avoid the $10 monthly fee for using their modem. It'll pay for itself in no time. The Comcast installer plugged it into the cable and it fired up and started no problem. I already owned a Nighthawk router so that's why i got this model and didn't want or need the one w/ a built in router - they work great together. I have fast internet speeds even when multiple people are online and various applications are using it. The separate and higher-end router allows me greater coverage and signal strength throughout my property w/ this modem. Some people might not like the lights on the modem (they're kinda bright and can light up a room in the dark), but it's small and can be easily hidden inside an entertainment center or somewhere. Overall, great cable modem for the price and would definitely recommend to other people that need a cable modem to pair w/ a router.

Great Modem!! I have always been impressed with Motorola's quality and reliability. Replaced a Motorola Docsis 2.0 that was over 5 years old and still working fine, just wanted to have better speeds and Comcast was also asking me to upgrade. Good speeds and no issues so far. Would highly recommend!!

This modem was very easy to set up and took less than 15 minutes to activate with my internet provider..This modem pays for itself within 6 months..I was kind of worried that I wouldn't get the download speed but thankfully I was wrong..Great modem and very happy with my purchase

Cable modems are very simple to setup, so performance is the key factor that makes this modem stand out. The DOCSIS 3.0 speeds are amazing, especially after being on VDSL for years. Also, Motorola has an excellent reputation for quality products, and this modem did not disappoint.

Works as advertised would recommend to anyone looking for a router that has bandwoth less than 1gb. Is to use and the setup was as simple as plugging to outlet and then to your router . Got it at a great price as well . Spend cheap on a modem and more on a router

I haven't had any problems with it. My internet speed need isn't too high. Just make sure you get one that supports the speed your paying for. This isn't wireless so make sure you get a Wireless router too. My internet speed is 12 and works good since I've got it.

I finally got tired of the time warner modem rent fees since they jacked it up too. So bought this one since it was compatible with their system. Had to make a call TW to activate the modem and the rest is history. Working fine so far, it has been a month.

I'm very satisfied with choosing the Arris SURFboard Modem (Model SB6121). It's fast and has a slim design which allows me more space on my computer desk. It was also easy to install as well. I recommended it to a friend who was also happy with purchasing it.

Modem was a snap to hook up. Once the ISP authorized the modem we were good to go. Ran speed checks are we are pulling down maximum upload and download speeds. One downside is that there is no on/off switch so to turn it off it must be unplugged.

Had this product price matched and got it $10 cheaper than normal price. Got it so I wouldnt have to pay to rent a modem from my provider. Have had no issues from it and works great with comcast.

This unit was easy to setup - within 10 minutes I'd configured it and was on the Internet. That includes the time I had to speak to a Comcast rep! I've had it for over a month now, and have not had a single issue. It's remained powered up - no reboots.
