The speed is excellent and performance is exemplary, one caveat is that it seems to have issues through multiple barriers ie walls floors

Very easy setup. I have the Xfinity 1000 MBPS plan and using Ookla Speed Test I’m getting about 600 MBPS over WiFi on my laptop. Which I’m pretty disappointed about. I’ve tried moving the router to several different spots within my house. But still can’t get over 600 MBPS. Thinking about returning this and buying a modem and router separate setup.

This is a great cable modem and the second one I bought. Support is great while under the 2 year warranty. My first one is over 3 years old and I believe still works as cable company finally admitted issue was on their side. Worth every penny in my book and will actually let you get that 1G speed. Like the admin from phone/tablet or from your computer. Seldom have to fiddle with it like several other cable modems I've ad.

Excellent wifi/modem. Easy set up and no issues so far. Previously had a netgear modem we had several issues with losing connection.

I've dealt with Comcast's totally useless equipment and inane customer service for years. Finally shelled out for this thing. I set it up in 20 minutes, and have not had a single outage since. Idk if there are cheaper versions that would work this well, but it was well worth the money to never have to call Comcast again.

easy setup, very good internet connection and a very good price

The hardware works. We consistently get 60 mbps per device with at least 2 tvs and 4 other devices. We pay for 1.2 gb internet so we expected more. My biggest issue is with the accompanying software. NONE of the arris apps work for me anymore and I have not been able to manage my network after periodically trying every few months until I get frustrated. Nothing but errors when trying to reconnect my app to the modem. Best Buy should not partner with products with such terrible software.

Easy to install and offers seamless WiFi throughout my home. Often will be playing games on two devices and streaming tv without any buffering.

We needed something so we could stop giving more money to Comcast to rent their own devices, and this did the trick. Nothing fancy, it just works. It's thin enough, and the promotion on the price was even better. We've had no issues since early March.

Pros: quick set up. Amazing speeds. Beautiful app for settings adjustments. Cons: sometimes the app can be a bit touchy.

Solid speed especially when connected through ethernet. Was a little difficult setting up initially but with Xfinity on the phone it helped.

I got this particular cable modem as it was identified on the Cox Certified Cable Modems list and we wanted to use it to replace a failing Cox cable modem. We figured Arris would know all the ins and outs of connecting to the Cox network and it turned out we were right. To do the installation, we had to contact Arris Customer Support and their agent both understood exactly what needed to be done to deactivate the prior modem and activate this one, he also spent nearly an hour on the phone with me walking me through each step and making sure we were successfully connected before he got off the line. So particularly for folks connecting to the Cox network, I highly recommend this device, and their customer support center. Its now over a month since we installed it and the modem is working fine.
