Works great no issues and it was an easy set up. I would recommend this if you don't want to use a modem from the cable company

Very easy to set up. No problem connecting several technology items. I have a few other items from Arris, which, I have found, is a very reliable brand. This is my go-to brand for routers and modems.

I got this particular cable modem as it was identified on the Cox Certified Cable Modems list and we wanted to use it to replace a failing Cox cable modem. We figured Arris would know all the ins and outs of connecting to the Cox network and it turned out we were right. To do the installation, we had to contact Arris Customer Support and their agent both understood exactly what needed to be done to deactivate the prior modem and activate this one, he also spent nearly an hour on the phone with me walking me through each step and making sure we were successfully connected before he got off the line. So particularly for folks connecting to the Cox network, I highly recommend this device, and their customer support center. Its now over a month since we installed it and the modem is working fine.

I've dealt with Comcast's totally useless equipment and inane customer service for years. Finally shelled out for this thing. I set it up in 20 minutes, and have not had a single outage since. Idk if there are cheaper versions that would work this well, but it was well worth the money to never have to call Comcast again.

This router was a perfect replacement for the horrible Xfinity tower router. In the year that I have had it installed I have had no issues with my Internet service. The only con is that you lose app connectivity but I can live with that.

Very straightforward and easy to set up. Has performed exactly as expected, with a strong, reliable signal throughout my 2-bed apartment. I chose this model because it's one of the few all-in-ones that is certified to work with my small, local ISP.

Very fast. I should have gone with just the modem, but wanted the router in case anything happens to my current route. Very fast connections and very easy to set up.

Works very well easy and fast install. I like the ARRIS - SURFboard cable modem & WI-FI router it is a good buy for the money.

The hardware works. We consistently get 60 mbps per device with at least 2 tvs and 4 other devices. We pay for 1.2 gb internet so we expected more. My biggest issue is with the accompanying software. NONE of the arris apps work for me anymore and I have not been able to manage my network after periodically trying every few months until I get frustrated. Nothing but errors when trying to reconnect my app to the modem. Best Buy should not partner with products with such terrible software.

easy setup, very good internet connection and a very good price

The closest i have gotten in cable modem routers to the gig speed i have paid for. No real drops but definitely fluctuates for gaming in speed day by day one day for example it can be full gig or close to it then next day can be super low speed. But overall an actual good router again compared to the other 4 i had before

Got this modem to replace our old one and it works great! Super fast and it distributes the WiFi through the whole house!

I got this to replaced my 2 yr old Arris modem that can only accommodate 700+Mbps. I've upgraded to Xfinity gigabit plan. The only reason I gave only 4 stars because occasionally this modem Arris surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 got disconnected loses its ability to receive signal from the source for few minutes. Overall it's capable delivering closed to the speed I'm paying from the provider.

price was great and set up was very easy thought it would be harder than it was. After set up was completer I started connecting all my electronics to it. At the end it is working great and the distance is great also. Would recommend.

This is a great cable modem and the second one I bought. Support is great while under the 2 year warranty. My first one is over 3 years old and I believe still works as cable company finally admitted issue was on their side. Worth every penny in my book and will actually let you get that 1G speed. Like the admin from phone/tablet or from your computer. Seldom have to fiddle with it like several other cable modems I've ad.

This device was pretty simple to hook up. The price was in the same category as all the others. Still working fast with 16 devices hooked up to it.

The speed is excellent and performance is exemplary, one caveat is that it seems to have issues through multiple barriers ie walls floors

Very easy setup. I have the Xfinity 1000 MBPS plan and using Ookla Speed Test I’m getting about 600 MBPS over WiFi on my laptop. Which I’m pretty disappointed about. I’ve tried moving the router to several different spots within my house. But still can’t get over 600 MBPS. Thinking about returning this and buying a modem and router separate setup.
