Easy to set up and use Works like it's supposed to

Works well, fast, BUT difficult to get started. I spent 4 hours with two technicians from Cox. My Arris seemed to take two hours to download software, then the 5g line disappeared. Somehow the "5G" ending of the name got cut off so both lines had the same name. The Arris App is very helpful in allowing me to correct the 5G line name and change the passwords. I estimate it took 6 hours total to get the Arris going.

This unit has been preforming flawlessly for the past two weeks. No dropouts and streaming is excellent. It also has great internet speed. My only complaint is that set up instructions were not very clear for Xfinity. It took me several tries until I finally stumbled into getting it up and running, and activated.

Bought this because my old router was not "supported" any longer. It was working great. We don't need a lot of power for games or anything else for that matter. The new router was fairly easy to set up with a little help from Xfinity and has worked well. Not sure I needed a new router but it works great.

Work good for a year and half and it stop working. They stop making it when I used my protection , so got to upgrade .

It works with Comcast's Xfinity internet service and it's easy to setup. We connected 10 devices via WiFi and have one connected via ethernet. We have also experienced some weird momentary outages. Not sure if it's this device, a bad cable somewhere along the way or just poor service from Xfinity.

This Arris Modem/Router combo works great. It was easy to set up and gives us consistent speeds.

However, it may be cutting out because my ISP can be spotty. Otherwise, it is a nice unit. It may not work with my Wemo devices, I have not been able to set them up, and once I got a message that the router was not compatible. Not sure why, but I have failed several times, and only got that message once.

It was fairly easy to set up especially if one reads the instructions. It does take a phone call to your internet provider. It was a reasonably priced item and did the work of both the router and modem.

This has made a difference in my internet speed. I was paying for high speed and not getting it due to an old router/modem. Adding eero has made working from home great. I run 5 computers, so I needed the boost provided by this.

Easy to set up and this cable and wireless router is the best I have used.
