I purchased this modem/router a month ago. I had separate modem and router prior to this purchase and they were old. Internet kept dropping. Did some research and decided to try this after speaking with internet provider. Super easy to install and set up. So far it has worked great. More than one person can be on multiple devices now with no problems. I'm happy with the purchase!

I used to have Netgear for Les than a year before it crapped out so I bought this although it’s expensive I bought the two year warranty through Best Buy so if this one dies, they replace it! No problems with this so far so good

The product is great the customer service in the store was terrible. After several minutes of looking at the modems and walking around looking for a employee to help me understand what I should be buying a lady finally showed up. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed at the modems and said any of these will work and walked away. That was not true only certain ones would work to replace my cable modem and none of the ones she pointed at where on the list form my cable company. Every time I go to Best Buy I always leave frustrated with the customer service. The employees always talk done to you and treat you like an electronic idiot who knows nothing.

In use now for a few months with absolutely no issues from the time of set up. Very easy to integrate into any network and holds a solid signal. I switched from Centurylink and their modems after dealing with drops outs 2-3 times a day, and couldn’t be happier now. So far this has been a very solid supporter with virtually no issues.

I was looking for a dual router and after going through a couple products that I either had difficulty with connection or didn't like the app interface, I got this one. Set up was incredibly easy and it functions exactly how I'd like. Highly recommend for those wanting to save the money in renting one from their provider.

Easy to install and get up and running. Improved bandwidth and channels over my 3 year old wifi router stopped the buffering. Cheaper than renting I recommend as an xfinity replacement router.

Decided to switch out my router. Old was no longer supported by Comcast and we were having slow and network drops. This device is really fast. Seeing download speeds of 300mbs or higher.

Very easy to install and set up. The hardest part was getting the cox internet web site to recognize the MAC address of the modem. I did have to call them to get the modem registered.

This router works well with my cox service. I have noticed increase speed in my photography editing workflow. Very happy with the purchase.
