Powerful modem router with an easy setup. Very reliable

Bought this to step up to 500 Mbps. Seems solid and works great. It does not have a physical wps button but I understand you can use this feature within the modems operating system access

Pretty easy to set up! Make sure to use the blue surfboard app. Compatible with Xfinity as of March 2024. I am in a ~1400 sq foot home and have good coverage

Excellent router modem that was easy to set up and reliable.

We had an old modem and as we got more things that use wifi we upgraded to faster internet speeds because it didn't seem like it could handle everything. It turned out that the modem was the issue. This was recommended by our ISP as well as the salesperson in the store. It took care of the issue's we were having.

It was a little difficult to get setup with Xfinity (not sure if that's because of the router or because of Xfinity), but it works great. We've had no issues with Wifi and I like that I can manage all the settings from an app.

Bought this to avoid Coxs monthly’s fees. Cox will charge u 12$ a month for modem/router lease. Then they tie you down for a 24 month agreement. So it was a wise decision on my part to purchase this item to own

So my old surfboard died. AND Thank God cause I didn't realize just how outdated and slow it was! I went to best buy for a replacement and this item was recommended by the employee. It's 5G and the only one tgey had, the rest were 4 g. I've very pleased w the performance, just had to call comcast to fully active (ugh) but it's super fast and covers my whole 3 story old brick home!

Replaced my Xfinity modem/router to avoid paying monthly rental fees. It is a great piece of equipment ahead of its time (docsis 3.1) even the tech guy over the phone was impressed with. It has a 5G option with 4 different options for guests to use your WiFi. There’s also an app for the equipment that’s customizable. The only downside is the price.

ive been using this product for about 2 years and i have had no problems using internet. internet is fast and stable, no complaints here.

The modem/router that came from my internet provider was always disconnecting for no reason. Bought this one after a year of dealing with intermittent internet and it has worked perfect for the last 6 months.

Love this product. Faster and more convenient than Comcast’s router/modem. We are very impressed and there is also no lag at all.

Wow! My web performance drastically improved, the old modem/Wi-Fi was only 3 years old. My speed went from 30mbs to 80mbs without a cable, using Ethernet it’s nearly 350. Didn’t realize I had to call COX to activate, thought I could swap and play, besides that all went smoothly.

I always trust Arris for modem/wifi combo. I had one 8 years ago and it was working great. Recently I had to upgrade it to match the my devices denand. Very powerful and very easy to setup and connect. They made the router iterface even simpler compared with my old one. Worth money you put in the brand and the device.

It was a pretty easy setup. You will need a cell phone with service to set up the modem.

Performs very well as interface for cable internet supplier. One time purchase vs monthly service charge from provider makes the purchase option most cost effective. Easy setup and the Surf Board APP makes for easy installation procedures for your WIFI network.

Works Pretty Good & I would Reccommend so that you dont have to pay the cable company for rental.
