We were forced to upgrade and had a heck of a time setting up the original netgear modem/router that we had. This one was much easier and done in 1/4 of the time. Highly recommend.

Easy to install with XFINITY. It’s been working fine for about a month for me. No issues so far.

It was a little difficult to get setup with Xfinity (not sure if that's because of the router or because of Xfinity), but it works great. We've had no issues with Wifi and I like that I can manage all the settings from an app.

Wow! My web performance drastically improved, the old modem/Wi-Fi was only 3 years old. My speed went from 30mbs to 80mbs without a cable, using Ethernet it’s nearly 350. Didn’t realize I had to call COX to activate, thought I could swap and play, besides that all went smoothly.

Bought this to avoid Coxs monthly’s fees. Cox will charge u 12$ a month for modem/router lease. Then they tie you down for a 24 month agreement. So it was a wise decision on my part to purchase this item to own

Replaced my Xfinity modem/router to avoid paying monthly rental fees. It is a great piece of equipment ahead of its time (docsis 3.1) even the tech guy over the phone was impressed with. It has a 5G option with 4 different options for guests to use your WiFi. There’s also an app for the equipment that’s customizable. The only downside is the price.

Works well with my WOW network. Fast installation, good speed. May not have the signal strength for a large home. Similar speed with router given by internet provider.

So my old surfboard died. AND Thank God cause I didn't realize just how outdated and slow it was! I went to best buy for a replacement and this item was recommended by the employee. It's 5G and the only one tgey had, the rest were 4 g. I've very pleased w the performance, just had to call comcast to fully active (ugh) but it's super fast and covers my whole 3 story old brick home!

Awsome Cable Modem and Wi-Fi router. It is lightning fast plus it will last longer than other modems. Speed will go fast enough I don’t think you will have to upgrade this product. It’s future technology is great

This is a great modem. There are numerous settings you can configure to customize it how you need it. I have found that the coverage isn't as far as you might get with a separate wifi router but it works well for my 1500 sq ft. The gig speeds are fantastic!

I always trust Arris for modem/wifi combo. I had one 8 years ago and it was working great. Recently I had to upgrade it to match the my devices denand. Very powerful and very easy to setup and connect. They made the router iterface even simpler compared with my old one. Worth money you put in the brand and the device.

This fixed my Internet connectivity problems and also sped up my access speed. Great upgrade from the old Arris router I was using.

Performs very well as interface for cable internet supplier. One time purchase vs monthly service charge from provider makes the purchase option most cost effective. Easy setup and the Surf Board APP makes for easy installation procedures for your WIFI network.

Set up was simple, with clear directions, and the coverage in my house has been great - no longer requiring a mesh network.
