I bought this to replace my older cable modem. I upgraded my internet speed and my older modem couldn't reach the speeds i upgraded. This new one.. It is faster and set up was a breeze. I have alot more channels than my previous one, but it doesnt have the range like my old one. I used to go outside to my shop and get a signal. This new one i can't. For the price i paid for this it should have better range and i shouldnt have to buy a booster or range extender..

This ARRIS cable modem works great with my cable provider, it was very easy to install and set up. Download speed is awesome and I have a lot of devices using ARRIS. Highly recommend this cable modem.

Item is fast and works well setup was fast and easy

It’s one of the best ones I’ve ever owned. Better than paying the rental fees for Xfinity’s device. This has great Wi-Fi reliability and holds true to its amazing speeds! It’s also handy to be able to use Alexa devices to restart the device or turn guest Wi-Fi on or off.

Directions to set up were simple and easy! Works well! Only 4 stars because it does not come with F cable in box.

We have 600 mbps internet always. we were using Xfinity provided modem and shifted to Arris SB to avoid modem rental fee. We have more dropped connections with new modem. We have to restart modem to get everyone connected again. With Xfinity provided modem we rarely do this. Parental control provided in the admin page does not work properly if we add multiple entries for a device. For example if I want to block a device in the morning and evening hours and allow only in between then it does not work even if I make two entries for the device. Only one entry per device works somehow!

Well, other than Cox asking for the wrong set of numbers, this modem works well. It sometimes takes my phone a moment to catch up that the WiFi is working, but once it catches it, it's pretty fast.

Great modum/router product. I was comparing 3 top brands & this one had everything I was looking for and even a few dollars less than the others. I had been renting one thru my Wi-Fi company for $14.00 a month, but no longer doing that!

So far so good . I’m really not tech savvy so if I plug it in and it makes my internet work I’m happy and it has done just that so far! Good price compared to the others that were there!

This Arris surfboard has work very good for me and my internet comes up very quickly

First, I had a problem with receiving signals from the Comcast server and tried many times with agents. Finally, the technician came out to fix the problem. I think that my speed is a little faster than before and I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this router to replace the cable company provided router that had a small cooling fan running all the time which caused a noise issue with us. I'm extremely happy with not only how quiet this one is but also with the high speed performance.

This fixed my Internet connectivity problems and also sped up my access speed. Great upgrade from the old Arris router I was using.

I purchased this modem & router to replace the one I was renting from Xfinity. It works great and without all the signal interruptions we were getting from our Xfinity gateway router. It provides a strong signal throughout our home. We've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and so far so good.

I was looking for something quickly when i gained connection with my new internet service. A few months in and zero issues.

Since I bought the router on October 1st 2023 it has been working like a champ no problems with it at all in fact my internet is working faster I'm loving it
