Excellent router, easy to set up and enough ports to do all that you need. I hooked this up and was setup in under 10 minutes. Get great wifi connection and my speeds are getting full potential of my internet connection plan.

Directions to set up were simple and easy! Works well! Only 4 stars because it does not come with F cable in box.

I bought this to replace my older cable modem. I upgraded my internet speed and my older modem couldn't reach the speeds i upgraded. This new one.. It is faster and set up was a breeze. I have alot more channels than my previous one, but it doesnt have the range like my old one. I used to go outside to my shop and get a signal. This new one i can't. For the price i paid for this it should have better range and i shouldnt have to buy a booster or range extender..

Since I bought the router on October 1st 2023 it has been working like a champ no problems with it at all in fact my internet is working faster I'm loving it

I bought the ARRIS DOCSIS 3.1 Modem/Router to replace the one I was "renting" from my cable company. It works just as good. Setting it up was easy and just have to let your provider know of the change. After a few months, it pays for itself and then you start saving those monthly renting fees from your provider.

This ARRIS cable modem works great with my cable provider, it was very easy to install and set up. Download speed is awesome and I have a lot of devices using ARRIS. Highly recommend this cable modem.

Nothing very special in this product. I bought it after COX recommendation. It works, but earlier models work too. I had to restart it a few times, but not sure if the fault was from this product or the provider.

I bought this modem from Best Buy nearly two weeks ago. It takes forever to connect to the internet when you power cycle. It cannot connect to my smart bulb and there is no way to change the settings to be compatible. I have tried everything with customer service. Yes they were helpful, but when they said that they would escalate the problem to their higher ups, they never got back to me. The speed was all right. I am currently working with a 960mb/s connection and it sometimes works great. But I cannot deal with something that isn't compatible with simpler devices especially when my netgear router had absolutely no problems connecting to everything. I will return this item tomorrow and try something else. Info: Lightbulb: WIZ A19 smart-bulb Opened all ports and everything. Not working. Worked when I connected laptop to ethernet and transmitted the wifi signal through my computer.

Easy to install, good price for the item and quality

Great modum/router product. I was comparing 3 top brands & this one had everything I was looking for and even a few dollars less than the others. I had been renting one thru my Wi-Fi company for $14.00 a month, but no longer doing that!

Fits the need, this modem was the right price at the right time.

It’s one of the best ones I’ve ever owned. Better than paying the rental fees for Xfinity’s device. This has great Wi-Fi reliability and holds true to its amazing speeds! It’s also handy to be able to use Alexa devices to restart the device or turn guest Wi-Fi on or off.
