It was good for the price but dont have one to compare it to.

Works well. So far no complaints.Setup was fairly simple.

Got this to replace the optimum modem, this works perfectly well and covers more square feet. Plus it’s way easier to configure

easy to install and a big improvement on speed for newer devices, but did not improve coverage upstairs, but that is probably my fault due to the location it is installed

Works great for those who use Truvista and don’t want to pay to have their cheaper modem. I only use to bring internet in my house but it had really great range.

Several of my friends told me to upgrade the modem from 3.0 to 3.1. So I went from SBG750-AC to SBG8300. Comcast supplies our modem with 150 Mbps. I did not see any speed increase or a faster download with the new 3.1 modem. PING is 12 ms and 11.81 upload Mbps. It’s easy to install and operate. It does have only 2 lights. Online and WI-FI. It does not have WPS push-button. What went wrong with ARRIS or what are they thinking? For me it did not work, but for other owners it might have worked. The older modem SBG750 is a better modem in my opinion.

Easy to use, good quality, and saves money on service provider rentals. Companion app is clunky, but just need to set up once for seamless use

This product was a replacement for my previous product. The wireless company Mediacom no longer had a certificate to use the previous model therefore I needed the upgrade. Again great product just needed DOCSIS 3.1

Works perfect no issues. Happy customer. Finally able to ditch the router rental fee from any provider!

I love this modem. It supports gigabit speeds from my provider. After several weeks of using it, I haven't had much issues with it but I have noticed that sometimes some devices are not connecting to the wifi. This may be due to using the Band steering feature where 2.5ghz and 5ghz are combined into a single SSID and the system automatically use the best frequency for the connecting device. I will look further into this. Other than that I have no complaints.

Works well so far with my Spectrum Internet service. 3x or faster WiFi speeds here now vs. my old cable modem/router. WiFi signals cover my 1700 sq ft 2-story home.

I am satisfied so far. You take the Arris out of box and install with included easy plug-ins. I called my cable provider and gave them information they requested and then configured my set up ( PC desktop, TV, Printer: etc.) all in about 30 minutes.

Wanted to replace the rental unit from Xfinity to test if we could get better connections and more reliable wifi in the house. This was the ticket and was very easy to setup even though I had to call Xfinity to get the device activated on their systems.

This is a good DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem & Dual Band WiFi Router. It also has a 4-Channel Ethernet Router. I had some trouble registering it on Cox's system, but that was because the guy at the Cox store entered the wrong MAC address. I think if I had just registered it at home, everything would have worked OK without the Cox Cable Guy having to visit.... I did get a free RG-6 cable out of the deal.

I got this combo so i didn't need to also get a separate wi-fi connection. It was fairly easy ro set up- the instructions were good. Then resetting the admin password was also easy after accessing the website indicated. It all works great!

I bought this to replace my rented Comcast modem/router. I was a little leery as some of the reviews said they had issues. Installation was somewhat quick but had to call Comcast to give them the info. Once that was done it's been awesome ever since!

Certainly more than meets my needs, easy to install and the company was very helpful with my questions
