Works great for those who use Truvista and don’t want to pay to have their cheaper modem. I only use to bring internet in my house but it had really great range.

Although this was a little more expensive then some other options, it was recommended by our cable company. We had no problems setting it up on our own and it’s been about 2 weeks and we’ve had zero problems. Buying our own router and modem was cheaper then renting from our cable provider.

Once operational, it is very fast. If you have Xfinity, it will be a pain to setup. I had to call back and forth between Xfinity and Arris for my MAC address not working when trying to setup the equipment.

Solved all my problems! I was having so many issues with my internet. It got so bad that I was using my cellular data all the time. I thought it was my internet provider but was informed it could be my modem. I upgraded and since then everything has been perfect!

Had to upgrade my modem to accommodate service to two computers using all four ports. The first modem I chose under this particular model was either defective or could not provide the required output/performance .This model has so far satisfied our requirements with no disruptions/complaints.

Purchase the item to replace rental one from communications company which was costly over many years not to own. This product is also an upgrade to what I previously used. It’s quality and easy installation at a reasonable cost help with my decision to purchase.

A router that does it all! Couldn’t ask for a better product!

Everything switched right over and my isp (longlines) was able to activate the new modem in minutes

Works well so far with my Spectrum Internet service. 3x or faster WiFi speeds here now vs. my old cable modem/router. WiFi signals cover my 1700 sq ft 2-story home.

The system was easy to install. Once it was booted, it connected to my home wifi setup and everything was running smoothly and faster. The only complaint is the cost of the unit.

This is a good DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem & Dual Band WiFi Router. It also has a 4-Channel Ethernet Router. I had some trouble registering it on Cox's system, but that was because the guy at the Cox store entered the wrong MAC address. I think if I had just registered it at home, everything would have worked OK without the Cox Cable Guy having to visit.... I did get a free RG-6 cable out of the deal.

Cable modem/router is very fast and seems to work well so far. The app that is suggested to download to your smartphone needs to be updated for modem/router modifications.

Great router. Easy to set up. Surfboard app is easy to use to monitor the network and set up a guest WiFi.

A good product. Not very difficult to link it up to my computer. I know ARRIS is a good brand.

My previous similar router reached down to the basement better and out to the back porch. Also, this one was much harder to set up. The app is worthless. But, in all, it's pretty good. Just not as good as Netgear.

Easy setup. Fast download and uploads. Very happy with this wifi/modem combo.

This product was a replacement for my previous product. The wireless company Mediacom no longer had a certificate to use the previous model therefore I needed the upgrade. Again great product just needed DOCSIS 3.1
