really like the Arris Surfboard DOCSIS. The Wi-Fi is built right into the modem which makes it convenient and eliminates the use of more wire connections.

Works great, love that i didnt have to get any pods or a router. All in one and no issues.

Works well with my internet company. Old router was dated and had to find something compatible and reasonably priced.

I upgraded my internet plan and so had to upgrade my modem/router. This one was easy to set up and my various devices mostly found it just fine. Some were finicky, but that's not the fault of the router. My wifi speed is definitely better now.

The setup was fairly simple. The app can be difficult to navigate. Waiting my ISP to correct a problem with the lines so I cannot comment on the speed at this time.

Makes it easy to hook up. Don't need 2 devices as this is a router and modem. Quit getting ripped of by the cable company by renting their equipment.

We put this router in about a month ago. There are times when my computer says there is no wifi when I first try to use it, but then the wifi goes on. I'm guessing its the range or signal strength but not sure. It's good overall.

This modem/router was bought at an excellent price for such good quality electronics. It isn’t overly large and the black color helps it to blend with surrounding decor. I recommend this router to any buyer.

Finally am able to reach the gigablast speeds I pay for. Next purchase will be the mesh system buddy of mine purchased it I helped him install it and wow pulling some crazy speeds you’ll never worry about a video lag again.

Best and faster internet modem I have today. Little expensive but worth it. No issues of dropping wifi signals, perfectly working with Comcast internet service. Giving 5/5 stars and also recommending it to everyone.

Easy install and good function, campare with onather brand not expensive

My old Aris stopped working so I decided on this new Arris model. Same amount of ports on the back. Missing a USB port but I never used the port on my old Arris. Setup was much easier and allows for quick, easy access via smartphone.

The Arris Surfboard modem/router works great for reaching all areas of the house. Periodically I have to unplug it so it can reset its connection.

Very good product. Handles our household internet requirements without any problems or issues.

Best Product. If you are looking for devices for best performance and kids parental control on computer, this is the one of the best solutions. I returned NETGEAR Nighthawk AX6000 Wi-Fi 6 Router with DOCIS 3.1 Cable Modem Black CAX80-100NAS, THIS IS NOT SUPPORTING parental control. They said buy subscription plan for Circle. Why? $450 modem and $10 month for Circle. So, is ARRIS SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem & Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router for Xfinity and Cox service tiers Black SBG8300 is the best

This works fine now but the signal strength through the house is not as good as hoped. Our house is 2,000 sq.ft. on one level and this unit is supposed to be good for up to 4,000 sq.ft but the room furthest away has a weak signal, so I guess it is 4,000 sq.ft, if its a two story house, or the signal just does reach 4,000 sq.ft. as expected.
