This is the best one I’ve had so far besides Netgear. It has an app that lets you customize WiFi settings and limit the use of WiFi. And you can custom name each device that is wired or on WiFi. Speeds are great as well

This was easy to install and after getting in touch with Comcast for the switch everything was a breeze, with one exception. When on the phone with Comcast make sure to have them send the authentication for the device from their end to your end so that you do not have the Xfinity Login and authentication popup when connecting to it via Wifi and or hardwired. If it is sending the authentication from your end to theirs it will popup in their firewall as a unknown device and that is what will cause the two step authentication Xfinity popup. Otherwise, this is a fantastic router giving you the ability to do all of the firewall port forwarding, Dynamic DNS and other advanced network controls that Comcast has stripped away from ALL OF US!

I would never use Netgear again. Arris has been reliable and great signal through my entire home.

I am using the Cox Gigablast level of internet speed. Bought this to run my house of 4 people. It regularly gets overloaded and needs reset. Cox has checked on their end and made a couple of adjustments but it’s still happening. It doesn’t handle video conferencing with more than two devices and barely handles gaming. Disappointed but the COVID return policy and the problems it caused, I missed the return window.

So far I've found this unit easy to use and the folks at Best Buy remotely were a terrific help in finding a good solution for my modem replacement. A bit on the pricey side but somewhat expected for combination unit.

Ive had this for awhile now. At first it would work great, but i feel know its power has slowed down. Still good purchase

I purchaaed this to avoid monthly rental fees from Internet provider. It gives Good signal strength all over the apartmrnt.

As soon as I connected it and set it up I seen an instant upgrade over what I had. I haven’t had any problems since then. The speeds have jumped up an extra 300gb over the 60ish I had prior.

Cant complain as far as routers go this is amazing. Two wifi channels and it handles the 1000mbs speed from my ISP. The app is way more trouble than it’s worth so just set it up from your browser.
