Buy it and don't pay for modem rental

My internet provider's modem cost me 10 bucks a month and gave me 70% of the speed I paid for. Now I'm getting 100% + of the speed

This is the only Modem to buy on the market!

Loses connection a lot

I didn’t have this problem with the cheaper netgear I had before this one. I’m gonna return this item if there isn’t a solution

Only one item on my desk and fewer cords. It works just fine. My one issue is that, since I have thick walls in my house I had to add a Wi-Fi extender. I wish it had a stronger signal. I also needed an installer to set it up. I’m not tech savvy.
