    So far so good. Lame Sparklight sent me a letter saying my modem needed to be upgraded after I purchased this modem. I called the representative to ensure my modem was perform properly. The Sparklight tech confirmed my modem was compatible, as the Best Buy sales rep confirmed for me in the store before I made the purchase.

    Bought this modem/router since upgraded my internet to a much higher speed and this was compatible with it and I'm glad I got this one. Haven't had any issues since I got this get my full speed.

    I like having the combined router and modem. Only one item on my desk and fewer cords. It works just fine. My one issue is that, since I have thick walls in my house I had to add a Wi-Fi extender. I wish it had a stronger signal. I also needed an installer to set it up. I’m not tech savvy.

    So far so good. Super fast delivery. Hope this lasts 3 years so it will be paid for instead of Comcast rental fees. The tech via phone help a bit hard to understand but very kind and patient.

    I'm not sure if it's the Arris or Xfinity messing, but it seems to stop working from time to time. Then I have to turn it off and back on.
