Replaced my Comcast router with this Arris Surfboard. Straight forward setup (including Comcast tech support). Very good range and bandwidth.

Replaced a Netgear router with this one. Great purchase. Replace modem and router in one device. Netgear was probably ok. Problem was with COX.

We stream Netflix and Prime video from this router and it is quite fast and has not been a problem.

Quick and simple to setup and install. This works great for the cox communications services that I have. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Set it up ourselves with a little help from comcast by phone. Seems to be working great and doesn't hum like the comcast modem and router.

I would not recommend this piece of over priced garbage to the worst of my enemies. I had trouble with it since the gecko but foolish me wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, assuming that maybe issue was on my internet providers end. Which is not the case because since I have had it technicians have came a couple of times and told me that the signal strength is good. The issue is that I will loose connection a couple of times a day forcing me to restart the router on a daily biases. At times the WiFi signal for the 5G will completely disappear which is extremely frustrating. The last arris customer support agent I spoke with told me that he had an easy fix for my current issue yet all he managed to do was play me for a fool because the problem still continues. Apart from all that tend to experience a lot of packet loss up to around 25% or so. Even though I have a 500mbps plan if I happened to have 1 single download going on; attempting any other activity is almost impossible because it seems to be overwhelmed with that single download. For the amount of money I paid for this I truly feel ripped off.

Replaced our Sparklight modem that was terrible. This is far superior and easier to use. It also has a great range. I wish I would have bought this sooner
