Dropped internet connection

I tried everything from calling my internet provider seeking help, calling Playstation (using PS5) and even trying to search for help on the internet. No solution i found was successful until i found this gem!

Great Router

Arris Surfboard Docsis 3.1 Cable Modem with Wi-Fi

Still working on Wi-Fi speed which could be computer Wi-Fi capability issue. Thought the price was pretty spendy ~$300. Unit seems to run fairly hot so if you purchase this unit place it where the heat can escape from it. There is no ON/OFF switch so to cycle power you have to unplug/plug it.
