ARRIS SURFBOARD IS EXCELLENT

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was murder trying to find a modem/router that works with Frontier but Best Buy pulled through with the ARRIS SURFBOARD DOCSIS 3.1. As I was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with Frontier I canceled their service, got a better deal from Cox and put my new modem-router to work. I've had no problems since. The cost was absorbident but worth the peace of mind... It's a modem-router that's ready for today and the future. Thank, ARRIS & Best Buy.

Best Buy and Arris got my network In top shape.

Everything was slowed down by the number of devices I had networked and I also wanted WiFi 6. I got it all online from Best Buy, available for next day, safe pickup. Absolutely seamless transaction. There were many options to choose from, but their website gave me comparisons so I could make the right decision..
