Easy install and set up! Has been very reliable and signal is very strong throughout the house. House is approx 2000 sq feet and have no "dead spots"

Had this for a little over a year now and lets me get all of the gigabit internet service I have. Has zero issue connecting two phones, PS5's and computers to the internet all at once with no slowdowns. Great combo Modem/Router

This modem/router works perfectly and was so easy to set up. I like not having to use a separate router. The speeds are exactly what I pay for. 1000/25 ... my streaming and computers work great. Glad I bought it.

The modem works great and was super easy to set up. I called my ISP company and they help me get it set up. This 2 in one (modem and router) is a no brainier, thereby saving rental monthly fees with the provider. The device will pay for itself in a year with a significant upgrade in performance. I've reserved the last star for future months of excellent service.

Works just fine with Xfinity, but if you live in an apartment complex, you may have to have it hard-wired into your building’s service port (rather than the Ethernet plug ins in the wall). Works well in a 750 sq ft space.

The device was easy to install. It does the job and improved my internet speed and WiFi. I think it’s a good product for a reasonable price.

I needed a docsis 3.1 modem to fully take advantage of my provider’s speed. My old 3.0 modem wasn’t getting the job done. I am now getting the advertised speeds. Setup was easy. Wi-Fi range is pretty good, too.

Been struggling with the Cox rental modem constantly losing internet. Installed the Arris a week ago and internet has not gone down once. Highly recommended. I also use Eero due to a larger home and in combination with is 4 bars anywhere in the house. Save your $11 rental fee and in your own router. You will not regret it.

It is an excellent/reliable router with four ports required for set up to work from home. After 5 months of reliable use, internet issues surfaced. After extensive diagnosis with ARRIS which revealed no issues and several diagnosis & tech visits from COX, I repurchased the product but "COX" insists that this model is no longer compatible.. (ARRIS stands by their product and even replaced my other router in the event there was a glitch they may have overlooked)

If you are using Xfinity and are TIRED of not getting the speeds you pay for, you modem constantly crashing out due to an overload of bandwidth etc LOOK NO FURTHER. For the piece this modem is AWESOME on this that could make it better is if it was WiFi 6 for the price; not much of a problem though if your a smaller home (12 devices or less) save yourself the 15 bucks a month on the bill! This thing pays for itself after a year and you actually get to use the speeds you’re paying for this this modem!

Giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because on initial setup, it took long than i cared for for it to kick in, and communicate. Works great now. Was half the price of new Netgear units and close to the same specifications. Purchased because old Netgear wasn’t taking full advantage of Cox internet speed I was supposed to be getting. I didn’t know this until I had called their tech support due to a lot of lag I was experiencing. (Not a Netgear issue. We simply because it was an older unit)

Easy setup. Has been in use about a month and no problems. Can definitely tell a difference in speed, connectivity etc. Cheaper than renting from provider also.

So far my speed increased from 70-80 mbps on my old router to 350 mbps now (primarily due to going from DOCSIS 3.0 to DOCSIS 3.1) ! So far am pretty happy with it.

Awesome Router/Modem combo. I've got about 20 devices with Xfinity Gigabit internet. Wifi could be a tad better but range is excellent for my 1000sqft Average about 600mbps on the download while on wifi and about 950mbps when hardwired with Cat7 Ethernet. Returned the Nighthawk C7800 for this and am pleased with my choice.

My old router/modem died so I got this one. This router is faster and more user friendly. It was easy to set up and works get. It was like night and day in difference. I would recommend this product

I have had this modern for awhile. It works great and is very dependable. I have my house phones, 5 tvs, laptops, cell phones, tablets and 5 alexa devices, firesticks and my smart thermostat and smart washer and dryer hooked up to this modern. This modem was easy to install and it handles all of my devices effortlessly. This was a great buy.

very fast modem/router combo. I get internet cut offs here and there but can’t tell if it’s the modem or the service provider, which is Cox so most likely it’s NOT the modem lol. Other than that, it was easy to set up and get running.

I picked this router for it's compatibility with my ISP and the excellent price point. I haven't been disappointed. Set up and operation was easy and straight forward.
