Good modem/wi-fi router

So far so good reliable and consistent. It was easy to install and to pair with the cable company. I do notice that I lose a little bit of bandwidth but nothing significant.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked perfectly for 6 months, I was extremely happy, the wifi and network customization was strong but then out of the blue stop working, Called Arris customer support and it took forever for them to realized that it was not working, they decided to send me a replacement, since it is under warranty. I am still waiting for it.

SURFboard SBG8300 DOCSIS 3.1 Wi-Fi Cable Modem

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a Wi-Fi cable modem router expert or novice for that matter I had a Netgear router download 100mb I upgraded to 1000mb the Netgear is only capably of 600mb download. My cable has list on their website the ARRIS SBG8300 was among them.
