Excellent Modem-Router

First modem-router worked well but we couldn't log into it to change the password! After talking to Arris support they said it was their problem and to exchange it. I did that with no hassles at Best Buy. Installed 2nd modem-router and have had no problems! Excellent customer service, excellent gear.

Pricey!

Easy setup and so far connection is solid. I also purchased a Linksys wifi router too.
