    It was a little harder to set up than my previous one. And it seems to have a hard time staying connected to my phone, but it is a good modem router.

    I had to come in twice as the first time the salesman insisted that I did not need the 3.1 that my cable provider said I needed so I took the 3.0 as the salesman told me to do. Unfortunately it didn’t work so I brought it back and exchanged it for the 3.1. I wish I could say what the problem is with it right now but I am working with the internet provider to help see if it is on their end but the modem was super easy to install just working oh5 some internet issues. The other problem is if I had waited a bit it would have been a lot cheaper to purchase it.
