    Moved and bought a new modem for new place. I haven't had any issues since setting it up. Last place and modem I had to reset, unplug wait a minute then plug back in at least every other week. I have smart lights, 2 tvs, laptop, and other toys connected and never had an issue with connecting or dropping.

    Had to purchase a new router/ modem, looked at best buy and picked a reasonably priced one with the best ratings. The arris modem installed simple enough and simple to install.

    Dropped Frontier because of their horrible customer service. I decided to go with Xfinity. I did not want to lease hardware so I went out and purchased this. It has done wonders. Moreover, it should be many years until I will need to upgrade. Very simple installation. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stop paying for lesser hardware that they'll never own.

    Returned as it did not meet our need to include cable phone - we wanted to have it as a gateway for all connections & eliminate cable modem. Otherwise it would would have worked perfectly.
