I would recommend this particular device to any individual living in an apartment!

Once set up, it does work very well. However, you cannot change your router name and password. You can only use the name & lengthy set of numbers given by Arris. I prefer to change mine to something easier to remember.

It is difficult to give an accurate review since I think some of the problems are with the service provider.

Two boxes were just too much going on when you add in the digital antenna and Xbox one console. Less to dust. I’m not quite ready to pay the Gigablast fee with Cox but at least the equipment has the capability for when I’m ready. No issues with connectivity so far, 5 months now.

Xfinity gave me the tech support run around, telling me they did not see any issues with their modem. I gave up finally and bought this one. Couldn’t be happier.
