Had to purchase a new router/ modem, looked at best buy and picked a reasonably priced one with the best ratings. The arris modem installed simple enough and simple to install.

Great buy! It seems to be working well but we did have trouble setting it up with our printer as it doesn't have a DNS port.

In the middle of the night my internet shuts off and I have to reboot it by disconnecting the plug and reconnecting it to the wall. I mean its good when it's working. Does that happen to any one else?

The quality seems cheaply built , it seems it could crack very easily if dropped. It’s overpriced, as far as set up it’s not the easiest , it shut down once already. Customer support was phenomenal for Arris router

I have this for 2 years now, I think . And no problem . I do have comcast and I have to reset it every 3 month but I think is comcast and not the product.

Easy to set up. I like the fact that has multiple LAN ports.

great router and modem. I just started with Xfinity and my laptops work great. I haven't set up my Smart TV yet so I hope I don't get any wifi issues. It is a little pricey

Not easy to install, but very good product. I did order online but did not arrived as promise so I had to go the store to purchase there

Arris Surfboard GATEWAY was amazingly easy to self install for Comcast internet and home Wi-Fi authentication. Did NOT have to call in for Comcast support. Up and smoothly running all my devices in less than an hour. IPV6 and cutting edge technology for best security. Definitely worth the extra money.

ROKU quality is excellent! I was finally able to update my phone and view streaming programs without added costs. On our limited retirement income this is great news! We highly recommend the purchase of ROKU for anyone who wants more control of what is seen at a more affordable price!

I am not computer or tech savvy so I was happy that this was so easy to hook up. It works great so far with no problems!

I bought this to avoid a monthly fee from Xfinity, and from reviews, theirs seem to be riddled with problems. This ARRIS is well made and powerful, And worth the price. For my needs, having the router and modem as one unit also works better. There is less clutter to deal with, as opposed to having separate units for both.

Great speeds. The app blows. There is some glitchi-ness connecting to 2.4ghz after connected to 5.0

The system we'll, but I can't figure out why the TV only has a moderate signal strength when the wifi is only 35 feet away.

I needed a router/modem combo and this unit is great. It provides 5g services to compatible devices. I currently have 2-3 devices on it utilizing wi-fi and one PC hardlined via the Ethernet port.
