I have this for 2 years now, I think . And no problem . I do have comcast and I have to reset it every 3 month but I think is comcast and not the product.

In the middle of the night my internet shuts off and I have to reboot it by disconnecting the plug and reconnecting it to the wall. I mean its good when it's working. Does that happen to any one else?

Bought this product so i could lower the cost of my internet bill by having my own router and honestly i love it. I save money and have no problems with this purchase

Initially, it performed well, delivering reliable connectivity for a decent stretch. However, the honeymoon phase didn’t last—after a while, it started dropping out almost weekly, requiring frequent restarts to get it back online. The real dealbreaker came last night when it abruptly stopped working altogether. Despite attempts to reboot and reset, it refused to come back to life. Frustrated with the inconsistency, I’ve decided to return it. For something that’s supposed to be a set-it-and-forget-it device, the SBG8300 falls short on reliability.

great router and modem. I just started with Xfinity and my laptops work great. I haven't set up my Smart TV yet so I hope I don't get any wifi issues. It is a little pricey

The quality seems cheaply built , it seems it could crack very easily if dropped. It’s overpriced, as far as set up it’s not the easiest , it shut down once already. Customer support was phenomenal for Arris router

I needed a router/modem combo and this unit is great. It provides 5g services to compatible devices. I currently have 2-3 devices on it utilizing wi-fi and one PC hardlined via the Ethernet port.
