User friendly and a great product! We’re happy to have purchased this for our home and saving $$ on our Xfinity bill.

Needed new since the old one was 10 years used. WiFi and internet problems resolved. Would recommend.

Bought this product so i could lower the cost of my internet bill by having my own router and honestly i love it. I save money and have no problems with this purchase

Ok first let me say it's not all that! The good thing about this device is the 2 in 1 thing. Router and cable modem combined. Now I personally was expecting some advanced functionality for that price. This is a docsys 3.1 modem and Personally have some Netgear modem that were amazing. The only thing they didn't have was router functionalities. But at this point it's better to get a separate device as a router. I tried to eliminate wires and cable around my tv but and all I got was nothing but a regular modem.

This product works very well with Xfinity service.

Fixed the issue I was experiencing with my new Sony A95L and Ultra sound system.

Works great. Easy set up. The only issue I had is because my house is 2 story the signal wouldn’t reach both floors(and that was trying 2 routers) so I needed a signal extender.

Finally freed myself from Spectrums hold. My Sonos system works with availability to all updates and i don’t pay $5 per month lease on router anymore. Able to enjoy 400mbs without a hitch!

This was a wise and great investment & paid off remarkably! I shop at Best Buy for some of the trendy & useful items I use everyday at work & at home. I get the flyers & they always give great gift ideas for me and the family! I have recommended them to all my friends as well.

The speed is good when connected but drops frequently. Seems not effective as compared to the previous Aris modem and netgear router.

This router works okay, but we have to unplug it once a week to reset it. It loses the connection to our cable company, which is pretty annoying. Other than that it performs as advertised.

Works as it is supposed to. I had to upgrade from the DOCSIS 3.0 to 3.1 and the interface is much improved

The customer service support is great. They helped me trouble shoot issues with my internet when i could not get the high speed this device offers.

Excellent product. My house has a 2 floor and the signal reaches every house and rooms to. Perfect for kids to play Playstation and for me to stydy on computer

It was an upgrade from my old Netgear 1750 to accommodate new service from Xfinity. It was the only one available at the time and I do not believe in renting from Xfinity as it costs more over time. It was difficult to connect many smart home items. Had to make many phone calls to get everything working including the Arris itself. Everyone was very helpful. It does not seem to have the range and strength as my old Netgear 1750. Our cell phones and iPads move very slowly with the Arris even in the same room. My next purchase will be a Netgear

Easy to hook up, easy to have ISP set up, less range than my old one.

Does what it's suppose to do. Yes its very expensive but you'll pay that much in a year and half renting one anyway and I upgraded my internet through COX and needed a new router

I read reviews that some had problems connecting this with Xfinity, I did too. But it worked the second time. I return the first item to Best Buy & had a replacement sent to my home. It worked with Xfinity.

Looks and works fine. But it’s old school Wi-Fi 5! It’s not worth to keep year or so and then change the new technology Wi-Fi 6!

Good router and modem all in one. Saved monthly rental charges on the Modem.
