This replaced a Netgear modem and Netgear Nighthawk router on Wave Internet Provider. Works great! Great parental control over connected Devices. I was able to control my devices when not on home network with Nighthawk, but unable to do that with Arris Surfboard.

Great router/modem combo, works great with Comcast, instead of paying them and extra $15 a month

After so many years of paying a fee each month to rent a modem from Xfinity, I decided to buy one. Paid for itself after a few months. Best decision. Easy to set up. Fast.

I think it is set up correctly but some things drop out just might be internet

Works great! Bonus that it is a combo product, so have only one thing to plug in. I had a minor glitch with set up, called customer service where a real person answered the phone and helped me right away.

Set up was fairly straightforward. Getting blazing fast speeds. But the reason only four stars is that I’ve had to format the modem a couple times to re-achieve the fast speeds. It sometimes slows down, and I don’t think it’s my ISP. After formatting the modem, it does start working again.

Does drop wifi signal every now and then not quite sure why

works well for connecting to the internet and newer computers.and I phones. There is little information about the device displayed on the panel lights It lacks a WPS button so connecting to older equipment is extremely difficult or impossible. Have spent hours on the phone with several vendors and have not had any luck connecting to my existing equipment.

So far the modem has performed flawlessly, the Arris mobile app could be better, but the modem works as advertised, havent got to test my full throughput capabilities until I get some hard wire runs complete so work exclusively with wireless side of things and it performs brilliantly.

Local cable company says it's time to upgrade, and this product fit the bill.

I had to upgrade my WIFI in my home. The Customer Service Rep was very knowledgable, friendly, and Professional.

i was really expecting more when paying 300 dollars. More issues than expected and less coverage distance. At one point all my devices were kicked off the network.

Great router if you know what you are doing, If you are like me there is a huge learning curve. You have to download an app to get it to connect properly.
