No lag issues or connection problems at all. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to expand there coverage of WiFi and amount of devices running at once.

Modem for elderly first time wifi users

Did not work

Of course their own router worked but this was supposed to be compatible with Comcast so pretty disappointed for the money I had dropped on it. Returned it since it wasn't of any use.

Incompatible with Comcast--though they said it was

No one at either company could do it. I have it on good authority--from a very reputable computer repair company--that Comcast does this on purpose--refrains from syncing the their cable service with the Arris product THEY RECOMMEND--so you'll rent a modem/router from them at BIG BUCKS. It was a very unnerving and uncomfortable experience. I regret very much switching to Comcast. Ended up having to return the Arris product and (sigh!) renting from Comcast.
