Easy to install, provide good safety and security.

Does a wonderful job in my two story house. No lag issues or connection problems at all. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to expand there coverage of WiFi and amount of devices running at once.

Was not smooth sailing connection with current Xfinity service of 1Gig speed. Connection also keeps dropping even with mesh.

We bought this modem for my elderly parents after having a hard time with the cable provider. So far it has worked excellent and they finally have reliable service.

Comcast couldn't route a signal through it even with a tech coming out to try. Of course their own router worked but this was supposed to be compatible with Comcast so pretty disappointed for the money I had dropped on it. Returned it since it wasn't of any use.

Works as well as the one I had but not great range. Barely goes upstairs. I don't see any difference between this and the wifi router provided by my ISP. Recommended if you don't already have a wifi router

Super easy to install and get going on internet usage. Took minutes. Great speed.

Average. The admin control panel is the worst I have ever seen and used. It is glitched and lags 100% of the time. The mobile application is useless. Does not work as intended. The speeds were "average" compared to the rental modem from Cox. That is why I returned it.

It worked great until it didn't. Lasted 2 years then simply died one fine night.

Only lasted about a year wifi range wasnt very good during that time had alot off packet loss having to reset all the time my nighthawk netgear was more expensive but well worth the purchase hopefully it lasts longer then this one

I spent HOURS on the phone with Comcast and Arris--including going back and forth between the two--trying to get this product programmed to work with Comcast. No one at either company could do it. I have it on good authority--from a very reputable computer repair company--that Comcast does this on purpose--refrains from syncing the their cable service with the Arris product THEY RECOMMEND--so you'll rent a modem/router from them at BIG BUCKS. It was a very unnerving and uncomfortable experience. I regret very much switching to Comcast. Ended up having to return the Arris product and (sigh!) renting from Comcast.

Amazing cable modem that changed our house from dropping signal to keeping us connected. Have 6-12 items, phones, smart tv's, tablets and two grandkids remote learning in this hog heavy date home.

Pretty solid router. Have definitely noticed it’s far more consistent than previous routers. We don’t game, but stream and wife has at home business. Hardly ever have issues
