Possibly good if you have a smaller home. I ended up returning and exchanging this unit for a stand alone modem and mesh system in order to get full home coverage. This unit seemed to work fine and was very easy to set up with Xfinity but in the end it did not have the coverage i needed.

We had to return this we bought the wrong one & it wasn’t fast enough for the Cox Internet package that we’re stuck with.

Works good s ok far.. but ive also been using a very outdated version for years...

The Arris brand modem/router works well and are the best.

It took some time to install it but it’s seems to be working. So far no problems. The app that they recommend to manage the modem is useless. The costumer service is horrible.

The only negative thing I noticed, but, it’s my fault for not checking is, there are no USB ports!

Got them within an hour after I placed my order. During Covid, having purchases - especially electronic devices that keep my computer, etc. up and running well - available in a timely way is great!

Super easy to install and get going on internet usage. Took minutes. Great speed.

Works as well as the one I had but not great range. Barely goes upstairs. I don't see any difference between this and the wifi router provided by my ISP. Recommended if you don't already have a wifi router

The sales rep was extremely helpful finding what I needed going beyond to make sure it was right. I am very happy with the modem and purchased the dual for possible future use.

This Modem worked great but came to find out I needed digital voice to support a Fax Machine so I had to return it.

It’s a great modem, but didn’t give good WiFi signal throughout house. I had to get WiFi extender in 3300 sq ft house.

Works good since I don’t do much with internet, just to hook up other devices at home . I love this product because it saved money for rental equipment from my internet provider.

A great choice for the home that helped us have smoother internet operations.

Our computer is working so much faster with this modem! I bought this because coz was going to charge us monthly for the one we had!

Working great so far. Xfinity tech helped set it up and get it activated, been happy gaming since.

This is an alright modem in my opinion. I live in a two story house where the modem/router is downstairs but my office is upstairs. Connectivity was an issue, especially when having zoom or microsoft team mtgs. I went out and bought google wifi to hit all areas of my home in order for the internet to run smoothly.

Assured by salesperson this was a top of the line cable modem. When it is connected it is very fast, however, at least once a week it must be reset. With an individual router and modem did not have this problem. Won’t be buying another surfboard.
