DO NOT BUY!!! I paid $250 for this product and have been very disappointed. I’ve had for 30 days and in the first 3 weeks I’ve lost my wifi connection at least 3 times that I’m aware of because of randomly dropped. I called the support team to help get the issue resolved. The person who helped me the 2nd time was very helpful and understanding. He helped me log in and change some setting to try and impress speeds and connectivity. After we were done my wifi wouldn’t stay on longer than 5 minutes at a time. I called back and talked to 2 different people asking to use my warranty that I KNOW I HAVE (I verified it before calling again). They both told me that I need to have a technician come out and look at my router and that I’m not able to use the warranty cause it’s just the wifi dropping. (I live at an apartment complex. I called the internet company that they use, and was told “we don’t have anyone that can come out and look at it, and at that we’re not allowed to touch routers since they are not provided from us”. I now have no wifi connection and can’t return it. Don’t buy it. And if you need more proof. The app they use is called “SURFboard Central”. Hope this helps!

Nice product, bought it after I upgraded to 1GB internet service. When I use the wire connection it work perfectly just need to work my way round the WiFi to get good connection.

Easy to set up. App makes changing and monitoring the internet easy. Not as strong. . .signal wise as promised. I doubt heavily whether I would recommend this product to others as all my devices (all which are up to day and new) have difficulty to recognize the signal and have to be manually selected. I would have been better sticking with renting the modem and router from my Cable Company.

I recommend this product whole heartily to anyone looking to purchase a cable modem.

Works as it should, the app as people have pointed out lacks features.

This thing has horrible range. I wish I’d bought a different router modem. It has worked well though. It was fairly easy to set up in comparison to the prior net gear one I had.

The most up to date technology for a gigabit network. Best part is the modem and switch all in one saves space and money. My last modem was an Arris surfboard and loved it just as much.

I brought these as a second one, used it couple time and it work great, I would love if you need a really good modem that’s problem free and well supported.
