Having regrets

The 5G is sometimes lightening fast and then other times it won't even connect to 5G. I was on the phone with Cox for an hour and they couldn't help me. They just showed me how I wasn't even getting the bandwidth I was paying for. Also after I installing the app it won't let me log in.
