    Surprisingly easy to install. Came with very clear instructions. Arris tech support was incredibly helpful with password changes. Happy not to be renting anymore.

    This thing is a piece of garbage. Restarted 3-5 times a day, every day since I got it. Really terrible speeds. My video and even audio calls were bad.

    Not a very good product for the price. Everything else was out of stock. We couldn't wait on one because lightning struck ours that day.

    Ethernet connection works great, WiFi speeds do not break 30Mbps/down and 20Mbps/up on a 100Mbps/30Mbps plan.

    This router/modem is under powered in 5G. It takes a few seconds to connect through plaster walls. My old Netlink was much better.
