Upgraded my gateway, is optimal for multiple device streaming.

The modems keeps on disconnecting from the internet and often times i find myself re starting the modem just to get my internet going again Not to forget the whole blame game between the ISP support and Cable service provider when calling for help to troubleshooting the internet

After an extremely long process of getting the correct hardware for our situation we have a modem/router that mostly works. All but 2 devices are reconnected to internet but no one seems to be able to get the last pieces connected; not Arris, not ISP, not device manufacturers.

I rid of my rental router from my cable company, and this product gives me the same quality service while I saved money.

This is the router and said it was exactly what was needed.

Was supposed to help with faster downloads on my 800Mps system. However, it is slower than the one I had and the Internet provider told me I had to upgrade to a modem that handles 800Mps or better.

With Comcast can't go up to 400 mbps with an account of 1 gb

Bought on 28 August, installed on 5 September. It worked for about five days and won’t stay online. Had Sparklight come out and check lines twice said it was the router Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s over 14 days old. called the manufacturer yesterday spent about an hour working on trying to get it to work. It worked for about 20 hours now it’s going on and off again and nobody at the manufacturer to help me out on the weekend. They say it’s not defective But obviously, somethings wrong. Looks like I’m stuck with a modem that nobody wants to stand behind in less than 30 days. Very disappointed in Best Buy. Both companies lost a customer in me.

Works well when a direct line of sight is established.

Wanted to upgrade and actually own pur own modem instead of renting and it has fixed a lot of our internet issues

my old combination router modem was dropping the connection the new arris works great

I see no degradation in WiFi signal in my house from the one I rented from Cox. I have a 2400 square foot house and this covers it just fine.

It works great. I got for my parents home. No problem so far.

Excellent product, no internet drop outs since installing. Worth the money if you are having connectivity issues.

Easy set up. Have no issues with Wifi connectivity, no matter where I am located in the house; paired with Eero Wifi mesh system.

This router works great as an add on to my already established WiFi world and has caused no issues
