    Truly, it worked fine for the first week. After was a nightmare i have xfinity and i’m constantly restarted the modem now frequently. I lag a ton while gaming randomly its unbearable. The biggest waste or 200$ since its on sale as of today. DO NOT BUY IT.

    This is a good 2 in 1 modem/router. Good, not great. Wifi range is pretty low. Cox recommends this device but its just OK for gaming. It'll work fine you may not notice any difference at all unless you heavily stream and game.

    Owned my Arris a couple months before giving a review and let me say it honestly works perfect with Astound (WOW) service, very easy to set up and wifi is on point throughout my bungalow using the tp link deco mesh.

    By far the best modem/router I've had. I used to swear by NetGear but Arris has a customer for life thanks to this Surfboard!

    Excellent almost comparable to the Grande own router which I was renting. Must buy. Save money on renting from your ISP.
