Bad product....poor customer service...stay away

Either 2.4 GHZ or 5 GHZ wifi band stops working while the other works and so does wired connection. Then the modem management website has issues where it does not allow you to login. I have factory reset the modem 4 times in last 5 days. After that one can login first time into the management website, but not after that. Customer support is very poor. Everytime I contact them the first thing they say is reset the modem. Me and my wife work from home and our kid takes college classes online. We can't keep power cycling the modem 2-3 times a day. I would not recommend the product to even my enemy. Stay away.

Wrong modem/router

I wish it had because it looks like a great unit. So I can't give it a rating
