Needed a new router!

Keeps disconnecting and restarting

Too much headaches

This Arris looked like it would be a nice upgrade. I wish I had just returned it the first time it acted up. Every 2-3 days I turn my computer on in the morning and have to reboot the modem. I worked with both Arris and Xfinity and Arris told me the problem was Xfinity and Xfinity said everything coming into my home is fine. Seems from reading many message boards this is a problem with the Arris. By the time I learned this modem was going to have to be rebooted all the time it was past the return date. So I will just have to keep rebooting and hopefully have enough money to purchase a different brand at some point.

The nest cam does not automatically reconnect to the internet connection.

After was a nightmare i have xfinity and i’m constantly restarted the modem now frequently. I lag a ton while gaming randomly its unbearable. The biggest waste or 200$ since its on sale as of today. DO NOT BUY IT.
